I am a little attached to this one, so your forms ought to be good. Requirements:
-A name. It should match the design.
-A personality. It doesn't have to be gargantuan, but it should be at least 3 lines.
-Write a little story about a time he/she came close to dying. Illustrate if you wish, but you need to do the art 100% yourself.
-Ends when I find a suitable entry.

Name: "I'm Radiant"
Personality: "Well, I'm not too hyper, but not calm either. By that, I mean I have mostly controlled excitement... But I have a few slip ups. I'm also quite ambitious and curious- always seeking an adventure. Especially with a companion. Intelligent too, I guess. My mind is very vivid; complex equations, asymetrical shapes, imaginative colors... Yeah, pretty much like your average 9 year old. I'm also 7 feet and 4 inches. And 187.6 lbs. I guess I'm pretty small for a female- I don't know. I am self conciouss about my weight though...

History: It was a rather chilly day. I'd been running low on resources; the lake was frozen over, the food scarce, and all of my friends in hibernation, and it was freezing. It was only October at the time, but the weather had dropped to 22 degrees farenheit before the day was over, and my shelter was even colder than it was out here. What was I to do? Well, as I pondered that question, I was struck by a tree branch that had frozen over and fallen. I now was passed out with a mild concussion.
When I awoke, It was still cold, and I was shaking, Violently. I actually thought it was a dream at firts, but then I couldn't think. I was on the ground, cold, and afraid. I was having a "seizure" as I later found out. A grand mal too. I almost died, had it not been for the sticky rain that began to pour down over my home.
