Blurb: This time, Kiprey had no hesitation to plunge into the water. He could still remember the sparkle of stardust on his paws as he scooped it from the pile of the lake. If there were no seals in this lake, then he was more than happy to swim into its warm waters in search of fish and treasure. If he swam out deep enough and ducked under the surface, he could see fish nearly as big as himself swimming at the bottom. He doubted he could catch those, both in terms of ling capacity and the struggle to catch such a beast, but Kiprey was determined to catch the biggest fish he could find.

Despite yesterday's rather messy fumble straight into an unpleasant face plant, Sundew was feeling good; and perhaps a bit inspired to try something new this time around. They were already super proud of being able to catch a medium fish, or any fish at all really, but now they wanted to have a bit more fun with it.

Besides, camping was about having a good time! Maybe a bit of friendly competition as well.. but why not be creative with how you win?

The colourful cat found herself braving the cold shock of the water and she trudged forward through the water, to where the lake water had reached just to the tops of her legs. Brrr! Her logic was that the furthur out she got, the more fish there'd be! After all, wouldn't they be more scared of the shallower water with all the cats waiting there?

Sundew stuck her furry face close to the water, and waited as still as she could for a fish to appear. Hopefully his tail, which was swishing in excitement like a hounds tail, wouldn't scare anything away!

Blurb: ☆ DAY 2! FISHISHING!

Another day of fishing? Yay!! I'm so, so, so excited for another day of fishing. I can hardly wait to dive into those blue depths again. Yesterday was a little difficult, having to get the hang of swimming and all, but hey! I caught a fish, so that's pretty good! I must be the best fisher in Khafra now! (After all, fish were...unheard of in the desert.)

And so, Maplewish hurried off alongside the various other felines, blue optics resting upon the lake before her. Her paws kicked up the sand upon the shoreline, which sprayed about and onto anything and anyone she passed as she hurried over. She came to a sudden halt at the lake's shore, finally deciding upon a spot in which to hunt. Her tufted ears twitched as a slight breeze swept over the land, causing the grass a short distance off to sway a tad. Somewhere in the distance, a bird could be heard chirping away. Today was a lovely day for fishing.

"No time like the present!" Maplewish said cheerfully, dropping into a playful position as she watched the faint forms of fish swimming lazily in the water, unsuspecting of her approach. Maybe she ought to wait this time, just a bit longer. Who knows? She might come across a really big-

"Oh look, look!" Splash! Well, there was a really pretty one that caught the caliby's eyes, so perhaps there wouldn't be much improvement from yesterday. But it's an improvement nonetheless.
