What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: The last few years have been pretty rough on my mental health and the pandemic definitely didnt help that, but this year im taking charge and trying to get back to a better place. Im keeping a stricter schedule and making sure to keep track of my days as well as consciously eating better and exercising when I can find the time! Its a slow going process but I can already see it paying off!

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: most notably is definitely my pregnancy, I'm super excited and happy about it! other than that I feel like I have gained a good bit of confidence driving, it means a lot to me since I can be more independent that way. also, we now have a cleaning robot. we never really wanted one, but with one of our cats being chronically sick and spreading cat litter everywhere (we had to vacuum the place 5 times a day!) it's a huge help!

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: I've finally gotten out of the house and started walking again ^^ I've pretty much stayed sat down inside for over a year, and I've never been all that fit to begin with. So I'm hopefully going to keep the habit of going for a walk, hoping to push myself to walk further and further each time and maybe lose some weight in the process? c:

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: I'm very pleased with how much my cooking skills have been improving. I still have a lot to learn, but being able to make a good, hearty meal really makes me feel good about myself. ^^
