Haloween costume:
Emperor Kuzco

Leo was thinking what he should wear for haloween. Of course he was way too mature and manly for such a childish festivity as Haloween. But as a candyfreak lover of tradition, he had no choice but go. His fellow students may get lost or need his benevolent guidance to help them. "Oh those poor souls." he said in a 'compassionate tone' while flipping his hair. "It must be so painful for those commoners to stand in the shadow of the great me, but I can't help it, I'm simply too amazing" he sighed while melodramatically covering his face. "But I still don't know what to do. I mean, everything looks good on me but I want something grander, something befitting my status. Oh the dilemma!" he whined again. Out of boredom he turned on his television. "Boom Baby!" was the first thing he heard as the screen turned to a guy dressed in red and gold. "W-who is this guy?" Leo said, perplexed. "Oh, he's an emperor?" Leo said, grinning. Such a magnificent emperor, who likes to groove. It's settled." he decided. "I'll go as Emperor Kuzco. Just the right one for me. I'll scare amaze everyone with my groove, just you wait!" he said, and he went to his room to design and create his costume.

History
Leo was born in a home in the suburbs of a neighbourhood in Los Angeles. Leo was a very kind and helpful little boy who loved nothing more than making others happy. During his youth, he loved to play with dolls and play dress-up, a sign that he was/is into fashion. He just loved seeing all the different clothes and making other kias happy by choosing cool or cute clothes for it. Having a knack for fashion, he quickly became popular with the girls, much to the horror of a bunch of the boys at his school, who wanted to be popular instead. As a result, he was bullied for being 'girly'. The cheerful, enthusiastic boy slowly changed into an introverted and quiet individual who shied away from others. This led to him being all alone, while the bullies still continued their cruel behaviour towards him.

When his parents decided to move to New York for work a few years later Leo decided to change. He decided that he'd try his best to be nice and make friends. On the school there he did indeed make a few friends. Everything was going well, but then he let it slip that he loved clothes. He was terrified of their reactions, so he put on a mask of arrogance and confidence to hide his fear. The other kia's didn't know what to do with it. Many supported him, some did not. But he was strengthened by his supporters so he was able to defeat the bullies and decided to keep his image so he would never be bullied again. He was given the nickname 'princess' for his behaviour and attitude. Years later he, being accustomed to his own behaviour, he acts the part as if his modest true self does not exist. Though he is still kind. He will show his kindness occasionally and make gifts to others, though his kindness is almost always mistaken for arrogance due to the way in which he brings it.

She has some strange speaking habits.

She talks with herself sometimes. Not the normal, talking-to-myself-about-my-day-or-whatever, either. While she does do this, it's much more common for Salem to carry out a full conversation with herself. Often times when she's talking to herself she gets into arguments. This has caused her to discover that she can be quite the butthole sometimes.

Adding to the previous quirk, Salem often talks to herself in radio speak. She'll be making a sandwich for herself and saying things like, "Alpha bravo charlie, come in. Over. Alpha bravo charlie reporting in, over. Alpha bravo charlie, making a sandwich, be prepared to eat in t-10 seconds. Over. Alpha bravo charlie, roger that, standing by. Over." This habit originally started as her speaking radio talk with her father after he came home from war. However, it's a habit that just kind of stuck with Salem through the years.

History Overvier:

Salem's parents died in a car crash when she was ten, or so she was told. She always felt like there was more to the story, though, like her parents were murdered. This strong belief that her parents were murdered because of her father's successful, but very secretive, position in the Marines led Salem to persue a career in law enforcement. She originally wanted to be in the CIA or FBI. However, she later decided that becoming an NCIS agent would be the best way to honor her father.

Salem spent eight years in foster care, and went to a total of 1, 244 foster homes and orphanages. She rarely spent more than a few days to a few weeks with one foster family. She suffered abuse in some foster homes and orphanages, by both foster parents and other kids, and others weren't bad.

Sorry this isn't really an impressive form. I love this kia dearly, but I discovered them late, and I don't really have time to work on a big form. Oh well, the best of luck to everyone! c: <3

In-depth
A series of maniac like laughs follows this childish and dementedly tortured mind.
Salix may first appear to you as a muted, well rounded, and very kind kiamara; but that's just what he want's you to think. His true nature shows when one is left alone with Salix, though that is not always the case as he likes to keep a low profile, driving many insane. His deceitful nature is his most favored trait, to himself, and is always being used no matter the situation. Salix is one that loves to see others squirm under his gaze and he feeds off of their fear which leaks out of their bodies like running water after being bitten the first time. Salix also loves avoiding questions or beating around the bush instead of answering things straight forward, showing his very immature side, one trait you must not ever call out since he is so easily angered and doesn't mind a good bite. One side of Salix that has only ever been viewed once, very long ago, tries to reveal itself when he is infatuated with another. Once the first arrow of love hits he tries to explain himself to that kiamara and soon fails miserably causing him to, once again, take a bite out of love and rage. To assure that this rarely happens he causes enough mischief to keep others far away from him enjoying the bitter taste of nasty rumors that spread throughout the community about him.

For many years Salix has gone as himself, a vampire, but every year after Halloween he is always told by others to stop 'dressing up' since Halloween is over. Though in his mind, he is a kiamara of the undead army and should be seen as such no matter what month it is. This year, to show others he is not 'dressing up' after Halloween he is going after his favorite, spine chilling, model; Twisty the clown from Freak Show. This kid-crazed killer caught Salix's eye and now he walks around every Halloween scarring little kids, unlike what Twisty's original purpose was.
