[url]Tea Leaf[/url] was my second bean ever, she is one of confetti's two daughters; the other daughter being her twin sister, Sherbii. I have had Tea for a little under two years! [url]Benzaiten[/url] is the first bean I actually one and she has been with me for a year. She has a son named [url]Sullivan[/url] that I currently got a few hours ago; you're probably wondering why I would try for another bean so fast! You rub your arms and shiver as raindrops touch your skin. It was a cold December night and mist was swirled around the sides of your fishing boat, just barely touching the water; while rain coated everything in sight coming from a dark masquerade of storm clouds. Maybe today wasn't the best day to try your luck in the Pacific Ocean. Either way; you're stuck out here for a while, and you can't do anything about it. Grimacing, you grasp the side of the steering wheel and adjust the rudder to the bouncing waves. It was completely silent out as you fumbled around with your jacket; trying to zip it up in the damp cold. Suddenly you hear a thumping sound against one side of your ship. You freeze, did you hit something? No, that's impossible! The boat would have felt a bigger impact. Right? You frown and peer over the side rails. You don't see anything. Just as you turn around, the noise appears again. You dash over to the other side and see a bottle clanging against the base of your transportation. Sighing with relief, you pull the object out of the water, wincing at it's frigid temperature. You set the bottle down on the captain's chair of your lonely ship, and stare at it's greenish blue coral-like coloring for around fifteen seconds. You finally notice that it carries a scrap of parchment inside. After three minutes of trying to decide whether or not to open it, you unscrew the cork and dump the contents out. Water splurges unto the deck along with a couple of dead fish. Riptides start trembling and the skies start pouring out more rain as you pull out the damp parchment. It's time to find out what's inside.

Actually, I am a non-owner currently so my collection
of beans is limited to zero. However I am also trying out for 2 other beans,
one that is currently being judged. I've only tried out for 4 beans total,
and so far, have not won any. I'm an on/off member of the JBD Fan Club
Site(s), and I'm hoping to claim this girl as mine. I've become addicted to
the personality I thought up for her and her design is beautiful. Not to
mention that the parents' ship name is pure genius, and this girl is just
amazing to draw and write about.

If I won this little lady I would call her Makshi.
Her design, well, more specifically her markings, remind me
of the time I went to a Indian festival. While I was there, I saw
this booth that were inking these tattoos in the old Indian
'henna' style. I did some researching and found out that
they often had curved lines and dots around them. These
designs were done using the juice from the leaves, called,
'henna' from a shrub. This juice was used as the dye for
the inking of the skin, and I remember they were inking
tattoos for people in different colors. One of which was a
really pretty fuchsia color. This bean's markings remind me
of the those tattoos, as they are almost a perfect match in
color and in the curving lines. The second I remembered this,
I knew I had to choose a Indian name. I searched over
14 different Indian name sites, until I finally found one that fit.
The name I ended up choosing was "Makshi", this name means
'honey bee' which I think suits her personality. Thus, her full
name would be Makshi Panium Winchester if I won her. Her
last name is the same as her father's and she wouldn't be
complete without her middle name being Panium.

You unroll the damp piece of paper. You began to scan the contents until a doodle at the top of the page catches your eye. It's a dyed sketch of a strange creature standing by a figure of a human. The swirls in the human's hair and the jaw line faintly remind you of someone you knew. They had been your strength by they had also been your greatest weakness. They would love you but in the end just trick you with petty lies. It had ended horribly. You wince slightly as you remember them, but then shake the thought out of your mind. You keep reading, but once you discover that the parchment is mainly about some kind of creature, you scoff at the words scrawled on the page. Jelly Bean Dragons don't exist! This must just be a child's writing, there can't possibly be such a creature. The parchment flies out of your hand as a heavy wind begins to rattle your ship. The waves start crashing harder and the booming sound of thunder hurts your ears. You scramble to your feet, realizing that you hadn't been steering the ship and that the boat was now drifting to the starboard side. Screeching, the ship's bottom scrapes against something below and it stops with a sickening 'breeaaahhhh' sound. You stumble to the floor, with the parchment still in your hand. Your head hits the wood and everything turns black.You groan as you wake up, your face pressed against the wooden boards. The parchment crumples as you drop it and relax your tense hand. You resist the urge to just stay down listening to the calm rocking motion of the boat. What? Wasn't there a storm? You think, as you slowly stand up, your head hurting as if you had held a million boulders on it. You fuzzily blink as your eyes adjust to the bright light. You wonder what time it is, but decide that it is around mid-day. You gasp as you notice a small fluffy creature sitting on the floor looking up at you. It was a black color with green eyes and pink markings that hypnotized you. The next second it, or she, disappeared. You never saw the creature again, but thus began the start of a story that you'd write on the back of that parchment paper. It was about the time you caught a glimpse of that creature. The story, was called Makshi, after the name of your ship-wrecked boat, the same boat you died on two months later. You'd like to think that that creature adopted that name, although you never would find out what happened...

Makshi is heavily hopeful and can always find a silver lining in a situation. Makshi's also
extremely easy going. She's quite flexible with schedules and tends to hold things out until the last minute.
She's also excruciatingly stubborn and can be really grumpy when she doesn't get her way with something.
You could say that, for a three year old, she's childish and naïve. Makshi, due to her pouty face and
annoyed temperament when she loses an argument to her brother; is often called Crabby. She dislikes
this nickname though, and can be very rude towards you if you use it. Makshi despises losing and has an
evident disdain-like sort of reaction. She'll complain, but rarely try to change it. Makshi is also very original
and can spend hours thinking outside the box. She's really competitive against her brother. In all, Makshi
loves her family and is very loyal to them, while being a competitive extrovert.

Makshi always looks on the bright side of things.
There's always a silver lining or something upbeat
to help a situation.

Competitive,
This bean is extremely competitive, maybe
it's because she's so outgoing, but she really
wants to win. She wants to be the star of the show.

She want's to explore her surroundings,
and make friends. She always wants to
know what's going on around her.

Creative,
Makshi could spend days thinking about
imaginary friends, or things to do.

Casual,
Makshi's not the fancy type, preferring the
old type of clothes and to not wear jewelry.

She could go on and on and on talking about
anything that perks her interest. She's very
outgoing and loves having a conversation.

Caring,
Makshi is actually a very caring bean. Although
she's stubborn and competitive she'll always be there
for her family and for her friends.

I kept my slow pace as I walked on the side walk, one foot on the street, one foot on the sidewalk. I wobbled at my walking, and I giggle at myself. Mom said I would find something today. Huh... don't see anything yet! I let out an annoyed sigh, shaking at my head. Maybe mom lied, just to get me to take a walk! I kicked a rock, making it roll until it hit something, making it yelp. I stopped dead as I heard the startling sound. "Hello?" I said, trying to sound calm. The creature whined as I got closer. It seemed scared. "It's okay..." I said in a gentle voice, and I made my hand touch the creature. It was soft, so soft. I took out my phone and turned on the flash light. It was a small jellybean dragon, cold, and possible hurt. I looked around, making sure no one was looking. This baby looked familiar... "I know where your family is!" I whisper, as I pick up the baby bean. She huffed, obviously feeling calmer. I took her to another house, and knocked on the door. The bean squirmed in my arms, wanting to see who lived at the house. The door swung open. It was another bean, crying tears of joy. "My baby!" she cried and she took the baby bean from my arms. "Thank you so much!" she cried. I looked at the baby bean. It was staring at me with a frown. "What's wrong?" I ask. "Aren't you happy to be with your mother?" The mother looked up at me and laughed. "She likes you!" she said. "You should take care of her for a while. Me and my husband are going on a trip, and we already found a babysitter for the boy." she handed me the bean, and It snug and squirmed in my arms. "She would love to hang out with you more." the mother said, smiling brightly. I look down at the baby bean, and she looked up at me with tired eyes. "I will take her for a while." I said. I waved goodbye as I walked away from the house. I walked along the sidewalk, with one foot on the street.

His sister is his best friend, he can be a leach to her sometimes but, really he isn't doing any harm. He tries to get her to play video games with him which, can tick her off sometimes but, they're siblings it what they do to each other.
Mother//Pana Canota
His mother he is pretty close to. She cares for him and nurtures him, she teaches him. Uranium on the other hand plays video games with him and all that. He and his mom are still quite close though.
Father//Uranium
Uranium is more of an older brother to Vortex, they play together, hang out together. They do crazy things together. But, Vortex does understand when Uranium is serious with him.
Sibling//Mirano

Mirano and Vortex have an odd relationship. Vortex loves his older brother dearly and spends a lot of time with him but, he seems to never play video games with Vortex, which of course makes Vortex a bit angry with Mirano sometimes.
Sibling//Hailey
Hailey is always there for Vortex, he loves her a lot and always seeks her for help first, before anyone else, before even Uranium. Hailey is always so open-minded and nice to Vortex, in a way she's more of a parent than a sibling to him. He loves her with all his heart and soul and they don't spend to much time together, but they're as close as the sky and earth.
Sibling//Nocturne
Nocturne and Vortex aren't as close as he is to the rest of the (main) family. They love each other, but just don't interact much. Vortex does like listening to his brothers violin and piano when he plays it and, Nocturne has (somehow) persuaded Vortex into taking up a bit of piano. Vortex was interested in it when he was busy playing video games oneday, then Nocturne started tuning his violin. Vortex thought he was paranoid hearing music but, figured it was just the videogame overdose. But, then Nocturne finished with the violin, and started on piano. Vortex had to creep out and watch Nocturne play, of course Nocturne new all along that Vortex was watching. At the very end of the peice Nocturne called Vortex out and he tried teaching Vortex a bit. Vortex loved it and practices once every week nowadays. He also always stops by when Nocturne is playing.
Sibling//Darian
Darian, the ring leader in the two's crime. Although Darian is older they enjoy pulling pranks and doing all that bro stuff with each other. Darian's also usually the only reason Vortex goes outside. Darian is also the only thing that keeps Vortex eating healthy, exersizing, and generally healthy. Darian and Vortex mostly play pranks on either Nocturne or Mirano, which will occasionally get Hailey or their parents.
Uncle//Dye
Vortex and Dye have an odd relationship. Vortex can be a bit rude to Dye sometimes but, he does care about Dye even though they don't really talk to each other that much.
Uncle//Delusion
Vortex thinks Uncle Delusion is cool. Whenever he comes over Vortex always gets really excited and happy, he'll act and imitate Delusion the whole time he's there which is an odd seen sure, but hey Vortex blames it on genetics.
Aunt//Amethyst
Aunt Amethyst. Where to start? Well Vortex likes Aunt Amythest but, thinks she's weird for some reason. Possibly the eyelashes, hmmm. Anyway, they really don't talk much when she comes over.
Uncle//Theta Sigma
Uncle Theta and Vortex don't conect together that much. There personalities seem to clash a lot so they just kind of are there with each other.
Aunt//Zakira
Vortex loves when Aunt Zakira comes over, she is always happy and fun to hang out with. The two have a nice relationship with each other.
Aunt//Lyra
Aunt Lyra and Vortex do a lot of things together. They listen to music together, and a bunch of other things. They are both complete techno nerds and they go together really well.
Uncle//Almond
Honestly, Vortex doesn't like Almond that much, he doesn't know why but, he just likes the rest of his relatives better.
Cousin//North
North and Vortex are close, whenever North comes around Vortex will be the first one to say hi to her.

Paranoria and little Vortex fight a lot. They just do, its like how siblings just either do get along or don't get along, for whatever reason. They just don't come together well.

Vortex thinks Nightlock is cool but, spends most of his time grabbing random keys and trying to open Nightlock's lock. To much Zelda....
Cousin//Chester
Chester and Vortex will be grumps together. It's weird but, when your influenced by so many different family members you have to pick your grumps carefully right?

Incepiton and Vortex clash, their personallities don't line up and it just doesn't work very well between them.

Vortex has mixed feelings for Cousin Setus, they don't really click with each other that well.

Echo is that one cousin, thats a hipster and stuff. Well at least that's what Vortex thinks.

Loki is the perfect one, always being praised on his good looks. To Vortex he's just annoying.
