OH DEAR GOD THIS ENDS ON MY BIRTHDAY
WOOP WOOP

Image
Image

username ;; The One & Only Vapor
Do you own a JBD? ;; Nope! She would be my first, and it would delight me ^-^

name ;; Shadowed Sky
nicknames ;; Shadow will do just fine.
Why that name? ;; Studying her design, that was just what first came to mind.
It wasn't just the first phrase that caught my eye, I think it genuinely represents
her and her personality, as well as her history.

label ;; The Arctic Swimmer

gender ;; Female, of course! I honestly could never see her as a male.
sexuality ;; Shadow is straight, though she may change.

birthday ;; January 23rd
astrological sign ;; Shadow's birthday makes her an Aquarius, on the cusp of Pisces.

homeland;; Shadow's homeland is in the icy regions of northwest Alaska,
where she was raised alongside the Alaskan killer whales.

her feelings about her homeland ;; Shadow holds a certain respect for the
wilderness of Alaska.

personality ;; Shadow is a very solitary bean. She hates being around others,
unless they are very close family or friends. Speaking of which, she doesn't make
friends easily, because she prefers being with the sea creatures instead. She is
a fantastic swimmer, and loves the be out on open waters. fishing or doing
various watersports or just plain swimming. And the killer whales she has been
raised to love treat her almost like a real whale, although of course she cannot
swim or hold her breath quite as well as they can. Talents aside, however,
Shadow is a very fierce dragon. It's not that she likes to fight, but....
well...maybe she does. She is certainly very strong and fit, and has a short
temper that will often get her into skirmishes. Fortunately, she is clever
enough not to get seriously hurt.
Shadow is also very loyal and protective. She would count on her family and
friends to the end, just as they would her. She is stubborn and willful, rather
stuck in her ways, but she can definitely be depended upon as a trustworthy
and loyal bean.

hobbies ;; Swimming, fishing, being with the whales, drawing
quirks ;; 1. When she is nervous or under pressure, Shadow traces the pattern
on her left foreleg with her right paw. The pale blue, distinct pattern provides
security and comfort for her mind.
2. Shadow is always trying to increase the time she can hold her breath.
When she first started many years ago, she couldn't keep her lungs full for
more than a minute or so, but over time, she's improved to being able to hold
it for nearly half an hour, a good amount of time to slice through the cold bite
of the Alaskan waters.
3.

phobias ;; answer

art ;; wip
Image

likes / dislikes ;;

✘ The heat. {Being raised in
an Alaskan environment
will do that to you.}

Lady

: Bean's Homeland :
Lady's homeland is in the colder parts of Vermont. The parts where most of the cold, high mountains are. She had a house right next to a mountain, as well. They frequently get snowfalls, like tiny diamonds in the sky. Lady also found various gem and rocks there, too, like beds of marble, up to 80-miles long, and pretty gems like Grossular. The bean loved to hike up the mountains, look for things and enjoy all that there is in Vermont. Because she knew how to get syrup from trees, she could easily make maple syrup. When she saw maple syrup candies, she would think; "I must have those!" even though the bean has became blind, she remembers how fun it was to be in Vermont.

: extra 1 :
Lady has quite a few accessories. First, she has a silver loop earring, that she got when she was in Vermont. Then, because she is blind and can't see where she is going usually, She has been hurt, So she has white bandages on her front arm. Then, she has a string on her tail with 2 beads on it- a blue one, and a purple on with small bumps painted white on them. At the end of the string, a large bead of Cinnamon Stone, A yellow-ish Grossular that can be found in Vermont.

: extra 2 :
Why I want this bean. I want this bean because I've always wanted as many Jelly Bean Dragons as i could get possible. So I try out for many beans, But I usually don't succeed. I've only got one JBD through guessing what he was based off, a Masked Weaver Bird. But this girl would be my second. Lady, is one of the beautifulest dark blue-navy beans I have ever saw, or a bean who looks blind. You see, my forms are not as fancy as some you have seen, but I love being simple with forms. Too much picture coding to me is too much work- I stay close to only putting words on the left, right, or center, along with color, bold, italic, and underlining. If this little wolf, or I, had a chance to add a single extra, it would probably explain why I want the bean. Lady is so perfect- her eyelashes that I see, color, It just swirls in my mind. This is usually put the most writing in the form. So this is basically where I type a ton to tell you guys why I want this JBD, #644.

CAMERON

====the only thing we have to fear is fear itself...

Image

username;
Cherrilu, a proud owner of 4 gorgeous JBD's! I'm hoping to have this girl fill up my last slot.

name;
Cameron, but her friends in America sometimes call her 'Cami'.

gender;
Female.

homeland;
Isolated. Did it matter to her though? No. It was always peaceful, and she enjoyed the quiet, listening to the sounds of the animals that roamed where she lived. No neighbors. No shops. Self-sufficiency was the way to go, or you'd die. But she didn't care. She managed to live through each day. And the sight was breathtaking, especially when the sun was going down and the sunset would peek through the tall mountains.

Each day she'd wake up at the crack of dawn and work for hours, gathering what little food and water she could find. Supplies and shelters were scarce, but she managed to find a small cave big enough for her to sleep in. It was freezing at night with little to no moon light being blocked from wispy clouds, but Cameron had been able to make a blanket from the pelt of a Tibetan blue bear. Although the pelt did bring her some warmth, and each night she made a small fire using the supplies she could find, Cameron still found herself shivering each night, her teeth chattering as she tried to fall asleep.

Food was hard to come by. Each meal would consist of a small portion of vegetables and perhaps meat if she was lucky enough to find some while scavenging through the snow-fallen lands. Finding water was a bit more easier of a task, but it was required of her to boil the water to make sure she wouldn't get any germs and become sick. After all, she'd probably die if she got the case of the flu.

No family. No friends. Her mother had left her here, making Cameron fend for herself against the beasts that lurked around. Very occasionally a bean would pass through, but it only happened every so years. And although the joy of having someone else with her was comforting, she always gave her visitors some of the little food she had, usually leaving her hungry for a few days until they left.

Danger. Snow leopards, bears, and other animals were roaming around. She had to be careful to always look around at her surroundings. There was no second chances in her homeland. You either pay attention, or you'd be the predators next meal. It was a hard life in the cold and bitter conditions, the harsh wind and the freezing temperatures. Little to no food and no warmth during the chilly nights. A matter of life or death if you were unprepared.

And yet, Cameron loved it there. She loved every single part of it. Her friends now think she's crazy. Who could possibly love it in the blistering cold, starving and dying each day? But she felt joy in the mountains. Peace, harmony, everything was wonderful. Although life in America now is exciting and fun to her, she would do anything to go back.

Her homeland was beautiful. Breathtaking. Exciting. Harsh, but filled with hope. Love. Courage.

Her homeland was the Himalayan Mountains.
Nothing I say comes out right,
I can't love without a fight.
No one ever knows my name,
when I pray for sun it rains.

I'm so sick of wasting time,
but nothing's moving in my mind.
Inspiration can't be found,
I get it up and fall but,

I'm alive! I'm alive!
Oh yeah, between the goods and bads
where you'll me, reaching for heaven!
I will fight, and I'll sleep when I die.
I'll live, my life, I'm alive!

Every lover breaks my heart,
and I know it from the start.
Still I end up in a mess,
every time I second guess.

All my friends just run away,
when I'm having a bad day.
I would rather stay in bed but I
know there's a reason,

I'm alive! I'm alive!
Oh yeah, between the goods and bads
where you'll me, reaching for heaven!
I'm alive, and I'll sleep when I die.
I'll live, my life, I'm alive!

SICKNESS
She awoke during the night, coughing.

It wasn't a gentle cough that you get every so often. No. It was hard. Sickening.
She felt a rough pain in her throat. But it was in the middle of the night, and
Cameron was too tired to pay much attention to it.

It wasn't until the next morning when she began to worry about herself.
She felt unusually both hot and cold, hot on her face yet her legs felt very,
very cold. She slowly got up and put a homemade ice pack on her face,
tossing a few small chunks of ice into a small portion of a bear's pelt she
had received as a gift from one of the passerbys traveling through the mountains.

Instantly she began to feel better. But the cold ice made her shiver,
and she wrapped her blanket around her. It was started to get dirty. She would
have to wash it off with water soon.

And although the icepack helped to cool her down, it didn’t do much help other
than that. She knew she was getting sick. But Cameron just lied down and tried
to get some rest. She hoped that sleeping would make her better, that whatever
she had was just a small cold, and would pass away soon.

She was wrong.

When Cameron woke up a few hours earlier, her head was hotter than before.
She could feel the sweat running down her face. When she touched her cheeks,
they were burning hot. She murmured angrily. Sick? After all these years, she
had to get sick now! And of course, she had to get sick in the middle of winter,
when supplies were really scarce!!
She bit on her lip, trying to stop herself
from doing anything stupid. Calm down, Cameron. She scolded herself.
You’ll think of something.

And of course, she did think of something. She could leave her house, and find
someone who could get her the medicine that she needed, or she could stay,
try to heal herself, and possibly die. To her, it was a lose-lose situation. Of
course, she didn’t want to leave her home. But she knew she had to. The rest of
the day she packed all of her belongings and tried to find some food so she could
stock up before she left.

That night seemed very long. Cameron couldn’t sleep, and instead she lied outside
the opening to the cave, looking up at the stars. The journey she was about to take
was going to be hard, especially with a fever. But she had to do it. She had to.
She thought quietly to herself until it was very late, and by then sleep was trying to
overtake her. Slowly, she closed her eyes, and fell into a deep trance. Cameron
awoke to the sound of a bear growling the next morning. She was planning to leave
at dawn, but the sun was already way up. Foolish! She yelled at herself.
Staying up all night. And for what? You should’ve have tried to have gotten some
rest.
She shook her head and picked up her bag. She had lost time for traveling,
of course, but she knew it would still be alright if she hurried. Quietly, Cameron
took a quick glance around the cave, and walked out.

She didn’t look back.

After several hours Cameron reached a small town. They took her to a
hospital and she was given medicine. While in town they found out
Cameron had a grandmother that was staying there as a tourist for a couple
of days. Cameron stayed with her grandmother and left with her to go to
America, where she is currently living to this day. Whenever she meets
another bean, she always tells them this story, of leaving a place she loves
dearly to her heart. One day, Cameron would love to go back and visit her
small cave with her Grandmother, at least one more time. It would mean
the world to her, and she'd do anything to touch the hard walls of the cave,
to feel the soft pelt around her during the cool nights.

I can remember my mother telling me about where we came from. I grew up here in the US, lost all that I would have gotten from Tasmania. My mother used to tell me of the forests on the mountainous island state, and I would listen to them with great care. One thing she used used to tell me was of the forests that stretch so thickly and so widely, not even the most skilled hiker could get through them without getting hopelessly lost. That happened to my father; he got lost in a fog after going out foraging. I've done research on my homeland, and I know I would have loved to have been there. The rivers, though most are being used to make electricity, are abundant. The volcanoes on the state have been inactive for a really long time, but what they left behind are rough, rocky mountains. I would love to attempt to hike up them, to see all the scenery; that's what I am. A hiker.
Tasmania's state animal is the Tassie Devil, but that's unofficial. Along with their state bird, the Yellow Wattlebird. Between you and I, I don't really like the state bird. It's kind of dull and ugly, pluse I don't really like the color yellow. I like the Tasmanian Blue Gum, though. It's really pretty. The flora on the island state is all really pretty, though it can be dangerous. The land of my origin has lots of interesting animals, too. My favorite is the echidnas. I'd like to see to see one in person. I'd like to see all of the plants and animals in person.
Some day, I do hope to go back and meet Tasmania for the first time, but I doubt I ever will. The lands have a special place in my heart. Always will. From the rugged terrain to the deep forests and all thal enhanits it, Tasmania will always be one of a kind. It will always be my true home in my heart, but I will continue to live in Florida. I was raised here, though I will always have a strong longing to go home. To go back to Tasmania.

Name;
Freundin

Gender;
Female

Homeland;
Freundin's homeland is Germany, she lived far out in the country and lived on a farm where the oats and wheat would roll in the wind. The sun would color the already golden wheat into graceful reds and eye gazing golden lights, the grass there is bright and green and the cows would be fed the finest grass.
Freundin was a farm hand and would help herd the cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, and rams. She would be out on the field from dusk until dawn at times, she never whined for she loved the animals there, they were her trustful friends and while she herded she would speak to them of the great dreams she would have of the Americas.
The roosters would coo lovely words in the morning to wake the farmers, Freundin would help wake the farm hands as well as the animals.
The farmland was hundreds of acres, and big red barns were scattered all around the glistening fields. The cattle stayed in three large barns towards the back of the property, sheep stayed in the fields rams as well, pigs stayed in two large barns near the front of the property, goats stayed with horses in five huge barns scattered around the middle of the farm. Roosters and hens would roam every which way in the hay fields.
Freundin would occasionally walk out of the farm grounds and walk through the green scenery beyond. Her favorite spot to visit would have to have been walking along the riverside near a small village outside of the town, she would visit the town at times and trade for goods the farmers might want back at the farm.
When she had days off she would walk so far off into the brightly colored woods, and would walk around a huge castle hidden beneath the mountains, the sun would brighten up the walls and the trees growing apon the walls, looking down from the castle grounds a huge lake would shine the beauty seen back to the sky and the viewer.
In the winter time, nearly everything woulds turn white. The snow was thick and soft, it blanketed everything in site. It was a great time for ice skating on the frozen lakes, children and adults would come from the towns and villages just to ice skate together.
Freundin looks back at her great memory's and wishes at times she were back with her adoptive family back in Germany, now her wish is to get away from the city's of America and back to her wooded home of the country side of Germany.
She misses the colors and happy faces of her true home.

Extra (o>o) ;
JBD-
I am hoping that Freundin can become my first bean, I have no JBD at the moment and I really like her.

Personality-
Freundin is very sweet and kind, she does not speak very often though. She loves to ice skate and enjoys watching the sun rise and set, she is a country girl and is willing to do anything to get out of the city she once wished to go to.
She is very strong and loves to herd, she has been herding since she was a young bean. She loves the smell of rain on grass and wheat, she enjoys watching the wheat and hay roll in the wind on country sides.
She likes to walk along country roads, as well as gravel back roads. She does not like the tall, smokey, hot buildings of the city. She prefers the open, sweet smelling air of open land.
She is claustrophobic which means she hates small, tight spaces. Mainly office cubicles.
Freundin has a habit of chewing on grass and wheat, and loves the taste of it. She does not like that you can NOT ride tractors along the streets of the big city.
She is kind to people, but she is very cautious. Freundin can and will become aggressive if thats what it takes to keep those she loves safe.
Freundin may love all animals, but she cannot help but to eat meat every once in a while, her favorite meat of all is schnitzel.
Her fur might be dark, but she loves the light. Golden wheat is her favorite color to see in the morning.
Freundin is very creative and loves to paint castles over hills, and sunny days on wheat fields. She never uses dark colors.
Freundin does the art of yoga, it helps her relax, as well as painting murals and crafting clay pots and bowls, she decorates the pottery with things that show her emotion towards the world. She is very into meditation.

The meaning-
Freundin means 'friend' in German, it is a fitting name for her, for even though her words are limited her heart shows alot towards others, she is very friendly.
Freundin also can mean 'lover' and 'girlfriend' in German as well, which is also very fitting for her loving attitude and personality.

Birthday-
The wonderful spring day of April 14, Freundin's favorite season of year!

Horoscope-
Aries

Accessories-
A lovely straw farmers hat and a nice bright red faded bandana.
