In fact, the designs they knit- most of the time it's a scarf, but they occasionally make hats or blankets as well- are rather dull and muted. Some of Rain's favorite colors are pastels, quite a far cry from the neons and white on their pelt. There is nothing they love more than a quiet evening spent in their lakeside house, by the fireplace, knitting a new scarf. Not only do they have a massive collection of scarves laying around their house, but plenty of the ones they make get donated to charities and local organizations. One thing you might not guess about them from first sight:
Rausu on the outside looks like a happy go lucky popular guy, but he has a odd little hoard of buttons! Well, little isn't the right term, as his collection takes up most of his room. Rausu's father used to take him to go see concerts of bands playing in the area. Rausu's father insisted on buying little band buttons (also known as pins), as a little memento to remember everywhere they have been. The habit rubbed off on Rausu, and he started buying little buttons from stores and restaurants, to give to his father. When Rausu moved out from his parent's house, his father gave Rausu all of the buttons the two had collected, and asked Rausu to keep collecting for him. Rausu now buys these buttons from all of his travels, and when ever he meets up with his parents, Rausu makes sure to show them his latest additions.
