What do they use potatoes for?: Sometime back, he accidentally purchased a vegetable carver instead of a wood carver. The store wouldn't give him a refund, so Leontios sued them. When he came home, he shoved the vegetable carver into the attic and forgot about it. About two months later, he realized he had a ton of potatoes sitting in the garage, and thought to himself, "I could use my vegetable carver on these!" So Leontios began making tiny potato houses, tiny potato villages, tiny potato people, and tiny potato movie theaters. Now Leontios is happy as a potato artist, with hundreds of potato towns.
