Personality;
She's bubbly, naive, and patient.
Bubbly: She never in on spot for more than a second, and she's always happy. Raeanna cannot sit still for more than a second, and she's always traveling because of that, mainly following Tahpenes', her bird, migration route. Her happiness spreads quickly, infecting everyone in a range of a few meters, resulting in an explosion of smiles and laughs.
Naive: She doesn't know much about the world around her. She doesn't know that the world isn't perfect, and that can cause some major issues if she sees chaos, which is why Tahpenes almost never lets her see the outside world. She also doesn't know how children are made, world hunger, murder, racism, etc.
Patient: Raeanna is very patient, and a minute always feels like a second to her. Her endless patients is caused by her never being still, and you know the old saying that time goes by when you're having fun, Raeanna is always having fun.
Raeanna does have flaws, being extremely stubborn and a bit boss, and her being naive can definitely cause problems, but nothing that'll start World War 3.
How do they get their fur curly?;
It could be from jumping around, her bird Tahpenes, or it's natural, she really doesn't know, but when she tries to brush it out her becomes all puffy and triples in length, so her hair has to be curly (trust me, I've tried brushing my hair while it was curly, the result wasn't pretty).
