Username: Dark.
Name: Tiana
Name Meaning: Princess, or Fairy Queen in Slavic. Her nickname, Tia, was the Goddess of the night, moon and stars.
Gender: Mare
Colour: (Dark) Blue Roan
Age: 7
Height: 13.2hh
Personality: Tiana is an old soul, and gives off the air of one who has lived and learned. She values close friendships and familial relatiosahips above all else. Always ready to listen to the musings of others, she often finds herself bearing the weight of the world on her shoulders.
Domestic or Wild: Wild
Extra: I can't compete with art, but I will try a poem c:

Night rolls across,
The misty mountains high.
Overhead thunder crackles,
Lighting up the sky.

With one last push a tiny frame,
Is brought into the world.
As her mother takes her parting breath,
She will take her first.

The sun peaks over the mountains,
A glimmer of gold in the dark.
The dawn reveals the carnage of night,
To the meloncholic tune of the lark.

Under the protective wing of her father,
The young filly flourished and grew.
From an ugly duckling came a beautiful swan,
With coat of dulled black and blue.

But happiness cannot last forever,
That was one thing that the mare knew.
Her father took ill and after a struggle,
He left her alone rising two.

The rest of the herd were not happy,
She inherently was the lead mare.
A secret conspiracy rose up against her,
Leaving her no time to prepare.

Hooves rose against her in the night,
Teeth left wounds so deep.
She fled with just an ounce of life,
Yet still she did not weep.

Tired but not yet defeated,
The mare travelled near and far.
Banished alone to wander the lands,
And sleep under the light of the stars.

Hunger set in and the weaker she got,
Her ribcage on full display.
Defensive she was when one day she awoke,
To the sound of a cautionary neigh.

Three Equids were stood on the hillside,
Silhouetted 'gainst the rising sun.
They stopped short as their eyes scrutinised her,
The grulla, palomino and dun.

Slowly the palomino approached her,
And helped her onto her feet.
The young mare was wary and careful,
Already once burned by deceit.

She followed the small herd with caution,
Relaxing the further she went.
Through meadows of sweet smelling grasses,
The sun in the sky overhead.

After a few days the mare knew,
She had found a place to belong.
Her loneliness had subsided,
The scars could heal and be gone.

Now every cloud has a silver lining,
That we knew all along.
And everyone can make their heart sing,
Once they know where to find it's song.

Congrats! this was extremely hard to judge with all the various forms of art displayed in imagery and writing. Honorable Mention to SpartanAmethyst though, I'd like to offer you a reserved breeding done by me or something of the sorts. Wonderful job by everyone too <3

Wow dark. just wow, that poem is so amazing, just unbelievable. Loosing my connection with her, I dropped out, but I am really, REALLY, happy to see that she goes to you. You obviously put a lot of work into that peom and the words are perfect.
