Hello, I'm a non-owner named Groenii, nice to meet you!
Name:
Amarinth
(I chose this name because I really like it, but I found out just now that amaranth, which is what I kinda based her name of, actually means 'a purple colour' which is also the colour of the hue of her fur that I admire so much, so I think the name actually fits more than I thought)
Gender:
Female
Favorite Place to Explore and Why:
Amarinth's favourite place to explore is the labyrinth that runs through the mountains surrounding the village she lives in, and that even goes all the way underneath the mountains. Amarinth is incredibly curious by nature, and loves mystery and exploring. She discovered the labyrinth when she was still but a child, and has loved it ever since. The pathways in the labyrinth are pitch-black, and incredibly narrow. At first, Amarinth had trouble to find her way through the ink black cave, but little by little, bit by bit, she has learned to feel her way around. Her sense of touch has sharply increased and now she knows many places in the labyrinth like the back of her hand. Her favourite moment is when she finds a new place to explore. For in the elaborate system of tunnels and openings, winding and bending like snakes, there are tons of places she hasn't yet discovered, even though she is now an adult. Of course, there is always the possibility of getting lost or getting stuck due to the sometimes worrisome fragility of some of the cave walls, which could cause them collapse. Fortunately, Amarinth is not a stupid girl. Growing up in the mountains, she has known just how unrelenting the mountains can be at an early age, and she has taken great pains to study up on safety and well-being. That is why she always carries an utility belt with her that contains everything she needs to ensure that she'll be as safe as possible. So that she can continue to explore and explore to her heart's content. Though Amarinth is also interested in other caves and undiscovered places, the labyrinth in the mountains near the quaint, quiet village she calls home, will always hold a special place in her heart.

How she found the cave
Amarinth grew up in a small, ancient village in a remote area. Ever since she was little, Amarinth has had a big imagination and a huge interest in secrets and mystery's. She was, and is, incredibly curious, and never ceases to want to know more. To accomplish this goal, she went on many exploration journey's through the harsh, unrelenting mountain landscape she knew so well. On one of those occasions, she got lost and accidentally stumbled on a small crevice in a rock wall, hidden in a ravine that could only be reached safely by a steep path. Being as small as she was, Amarinth could easily slip through the narrow opening, and given her curious nature, did not hesitate to do so for even a second. Following the path, Amarinth saw the small slice of sky that was still visible shrink and shrink until not a shred of daylight could reach her. With growing astonishment Amarinth slowly started to realize she was entering what seemed to be a cave. The path went down very steep, and was very narrow and shallow. Add to that the pitch-black darkness blinded her and the cave seemed like a mouth, ready to devour all those who dared to enter. She had to rely on her sense of touch all the way. After what seemed like an eternity, when turning round a corner, Amarinth was suddenly blinded by bright light. When her eyes had adjusted, her jaw dropped in awe. What lay before her was not just a plain cave, but a kind of hallway, filled with opportunities, filled with mystery. She was now in this huge chamber, illuminated by light through cracks in the ceiling. Paths and cracks in the walls led to unknown destinations. At hearing the sound of the air pressing through the cracks in the ceiling, Amarinth started to tremble and shiver. But she did not do that out of fear. No, Amarinth was certainly not afraid. She was simply unable to contain her excitement at having found this place, that was unknown by everyone else. After this discovery, Amarinth changed. Though she never talked about her secret, others did notice a change in her demeanour. She was never bored again, because no matter how often she went there, there was always something new to discover through the endless amount of openings in the labyrinth.
