Kougra is a very energetic and spunky girl! She almost seems to never run out of energy. She's a fierce battler, but often faints easily. She can be a little stupid when it comes to complex situations, but is good at thinking of outside-of-the box solutions to problems in a snap. Will probably snatch your snacks if you don't keep an eye on her. She's super loyal to the friends she has, but often can be overbearing and a lot to deal with, so at the moment she doesn't have many. She's also very brave and loves adventuring! Maybe too brave and confident at times...she's definitely gotten into danger before because of it.

I live in a nice, calm city. A city that is located in an undiscovered region up north, above the Unova region. It is rather cold, temperatures dropping rapidly in just a few minutes. This city is called “Refrigescant Civitatem” or “Refritatem” meaning “Cool City”. It’s a nice city, it’s clean, and everyone living here is very, very nice! Everyone here share’s with each other! Things such as food, traditions, knowledge, and other things! Nobody fights, everything is peaceful! It’s an awesome place to live in! It snows quite often in this city, the pokemon and children love playing in the freshly fallen snow. They even work together to make little snow creations! It’s a lovely sight! I can’t believe they manage to build such big piles of snow, it’s crazy!

I live with my trainer, Jace. He’s kind and feeds me! Sometimes he even feeds me his leftover food… It’s so good…! We live in a little house made of a few different types of wood from what I can see here! There’s a cool set of stairs with photographs of various things hanging along the wall besides the stairs. There’s also a little fireplace where Jace fills it up with wood and an armchair right by it! When it gets cold I help light the fire and Jace sits on the chair and I sit in his lap, the warmth of the fire makes me sleepy and I fall asleep. When I wake up he is asleep! I fall back asleep because I don’t want to disturb his sleeping time!

It’s just us in this little house, we’re all alone. We do have neighbors though! They’re pretty nice!! I have my own little bed where I sleep beside his big, big bed at night! Sometimes at night the wind blows so hard that the branches from a tree scratch on the windows. It keeps me up at night but Jace is there to care for me and keep me calm throughout the cold, dark, and windy night! He is so awesome! When I wake up he has a breakfast ready for me! I go and eat and he gives me little pats on my head. The mornings are cold and sometimes we have to spend a few minutes shoveling snow so we can go somewhere!

There’s a little market with a bunch of stuff! Toys, pokeballs, potions, food, anything anyone would need! There’s this little stand we go to every day, they sell warm treats and drinks! I love the hot cocoa they give out! It’s so nice and warm and chocolatey… Oh.. Oh! And they have biscuits! So many biscuits! There are a bunch to choose from like razz or pinap berry biscuits… My favorite biscuits are the oran berry biscuits with oran jelly in the middle! So, so yummy and delicious… Jace likes their cheesecake! I don’t like cheesecake that much but it’s pretty good regardless! He likes it when the cheesecake is fresh! From the oven or no-bake, he will devour it in seconds!

This is such a fun place to live in! I wish to tell you more in the future, [redacted]!

Zazuli is an ancient warrior from an unknown region far off. She was well known and recognized for her many victorious battles as well as how brave and powerful she is. She has fought alongside countless people and pokemon. People have tried catching her to exploit her power but every person who has tried to catch her has failed. She also known for being by herself, having no sort of trainer or friend to care for her. That is utterly false.

Zazuli has an Amazing partner, his name was Audric, he was a prince, a really skilled prince. His swordsmanship was breathtaking to view. Zazuli absolutely adored and looked up to him and he adored Zazuli. Zazuli would act like a little puppy around him and he didn’t mind, Zazuli was the sweetest thing to him! Zazuli also didn't mind helping him when he was in need. Zazuli would often accompany him when he was helping poor villagers residing out in the kingdom. She would protect him from suspicious people.

Audric was a kindhearted man who cared much about his people. His father was very strict towards him but he tended to ignore his father. Zazuli would question why he would do that but eventually started paying no attention. Zazuli and Audric were the best of pals! Zazuli would sleep near Audrics bed as Audric slept. Their bond was unbreakable! Nobody could stop this duo! People saw both of them as great heroes and rewarded them for their great work!

Zazuli and Audric were walking around the kingdom as per usual, they helped out some villagers as well as saving a few helpless pokemon from cruel owners. They were walking around and there was a little litten stuck in a tree! Zazuli helped Audric by giving him some height to be able to reach the litter and they got the litten out of the tree. While coming down with the litten, Audric snagged a few berries hanging from the tree. Audric stepped off of Zazuli and put the litten down on the ground. He handed the litten one of the berries he grabbed and litten happily ate the berry. Audric gave Zazuli some berries as a reward for helping him out with the litten problem.

Suddenly, both of them heard screaming and yelling and they both rushed to go check it out, leaving the litten happily munching on a berry behind. The guild of thieves was breaking in through the gates, all of the villagers were running around in a panic. Zazuli and Audric both pulled out their swords and started fighting the thieves. They slashed and defeated many of them with flawless slicing! They saved many villagers! Some knights from the castle came rumbling in to help! They all worked together to defeat the thieves!

Zazuli and Audric were fighting side-by-side, working together to defeat the thieves. Suddenly, a rather large one stomped in. This was a problem for them both, they both went full charge at the thief and they both took the thief down together! Suddenly, Audric was stabbed in the back by another thief and he fell to the ground. Zazuli rushed to him and he was laying there, his end nearing. Zazuli sat down beside him, comforting his last few seconds. He gave Zazuli some rubs and then his hand fell to the ground, he was no longer there. Zazuli, filled with rage and sadness howled and then proceeded to wipe out all of the thieves with behemoth blade. All of the knights cheered whilst Zazuli was sitting there by her partner. After all of that, Zazuli dedicated herself to helping people and pokemon in need.

Yes, Twiggs has encountered a legendary! This happened about 6 months ago from now.
Twiggs was travelling with his trainer in Sinnoh on a cool, Spring day. They were walking down a path surrounded by a thick forest, letting the light rain hit their faces. Twiggs kept close to his trainer for once, admiring the scenery around them. Twiggs enjoyed these moments with his trainer, and his trainer enjoyed them too, it's not everyday he decides to behave. Soon enough, this calm and serene moment was broken. Twiggs heard a small twig crack and immediately ran over in the direction he heard it in.
"Twiggs! Hey!" His trainer called out.
Twiggs stopped himself and turned around. He desperately pawed at his trainers legs, begging to have permission to run off and explore.
His trainer couldn't resist and sighed, "Fine, just meet me back at the cabin, okay? I trust you enough, just be back by sunset."
Twiggs nodded his head and ran off. He sprinted through the trees, looking for a new playmate. He quickly found a couple bunearys and a lopunny enjoying an oran berry meal. Twiggs ran over to the bunearys and lowered himself, he started wagging his tail indicating he wanted to play. The two bunearys seemed hesitant at first, but the lopunny nodded her head at them. The two rabbit-like pokemon got up from their moss seats and accepted Twigg's invitation to play.
They played for what felt like a whole day, and the bunearys grew tired. They went back to their den, and Twiggs began looking for another pokemon to play with. He found himself at a clearing, and in the middle of the clearing there was a large, crystal clear lake. He walked with haste over to the water and had a drink. He stared at his reflection for a short while and played in the water, splashing any pokemon that walked close to the water, scaring them off. He giggled to himself then walked out of the cold water, shaking himself off at the shore.
As Twiggs was grooming himself, he looked up at the sky. It was pitch black. Twiggs remembered his owner requested him to meet her at the cabin before sunset. He sat and thought for a moment. It then just hit him that he was in big trouble. The last thing Twiggs would want is to make his trainer worried, angry, or upset! Twiggs sprinted away from the lake and into the forest. He ran for a good 30 minutes until he realized that he was lost. Twiggs grew increasingly worried and started to panic, which was very rare for him. He called out for his trainer, and received no answer. 'She must be worried sick! I feel so horrible, I should've stayed by her side!' He thought to himself. Twiggs began tearing up as he continued to search for the exit of the forest, however, he was persistent and refused on giving up.
In the midst of the silent night, he heard a whimsical, twinkly cry. He stopped in his tracks and looked around.
"Hello?" He called out. "Is that you?"
He felt the presence of a being that he has not felt before. It wasn't his trainer or a regular woodland pokemon. He looked up at the sky, it was filled with stars and the moon shined bright. A purple, yellow, and blue mass quickly flew past his view, startling him. Twiggs followed the pastel-colored mass and ran after it. It led him right back to the lake. What Twiggs saw was something he had never seen before. Unknown to him, the majestic pokemon he was witnessing was Cresselia. She hovered over the water and noticed Twiggs, intensely watching from the shore.
"What are you doing here at this hour, little one? It's dangerous. Hurry home." She spoke to him.
"I-I can't! I'm lost. I can't find my trainer. I'm not from here either!" Twiggs quickly replied, stumbling over his words a little.
Cresselia hovered closer to him. "Come, I'll show you the way out of this forest." She said, speaking with such grace that Twiggs couldn't comprehend.
Twiggs followed the legendary pokemon, and before he knew it, he was out of the forest. He was on the path he was once walking on with his trainer. He noticed a sign that he has seen before.
"I was here! But, I don't know where the cabin is..." Twiggs told Cresselia.
Cresselia thought for a moment and signaled him to follow her. They had to be fast, as Cresselia wasn't fond on the idea of many humans seeing her. They took the long way, and ended up at the cabin Twiggs and his trainer were staying at.
"Thank you! How did you know?" Twiggs excitedly asked.
Cresselia didn't respond. She quickly left and Twiggs watched as she disappeared into the night sky.
Twiggs ran back into the cabin and greeted his worried trainer with many licks and hugs. He didn't even think to tell her about Cresselia.
Twiggs would forever thank Cresselia. Though, he didn't understand the importance of being in Cresselia's presence. Twiggs was somewhat unaware of legendaries, especially those from other regions. He just assumed she was a regular pokemon native to the region of Sinnoh, being the oblivious sprigatito he is. The encounter honestly didn't impact Twiggs much. It felt like just another day to him, though much scarier and stressful than others.

Twiggs is a Pokemon of adventure, to nobody's surprise. Twiggs would spend his days exploring the lush forests that he once called home, making sure to cover every inch of it. Twiggs would often explore places he's already explored, as his memory isn't the greatest. Everyday was a new adventure to him! Twiggs would also spend a lot of his time playing with other Pokemon. Even if they didn't want to play, Twiggs wouldn't get the memo and he'd keep on trying to play with them.
Twiggs would often find himself at a lake or river, washing off all of the twigs, mud, and leaves stuck in his fur. Of course, it's less of a thing he'd do willingly and more of a thing he considered a chore. Not every Pokemon is up to play with him when he's covered in dirt and smells like it too! After washing off, Twiggs would collect whatever was stuck in his fur, whether it be a twig or a bug, and take them to his den. He would collect these items as a way to preserve memories. It actually works! He can look at whatever the item may be and perfectly recall what that day was like and what he did. His collection is quite large, and some memories are similar to one another, but he'd still let that collection grow and grow. He always made sure things were neat and tidy in that section of his den, despite his messy way of living otherwise. He believes if he lets it become unorganized and messy, the memories would become "tainted" and no longer allow him to remember it.
Life was a simple time for Twiggs, full of fun and playtime. He loves the life he lives now with his new trainer of course, and he still begs her to let him play around in the forest he once called home.

Twiggs is a happy-go-lucky kind of cat! He's always smiling and full of joy, always awaiting his next adventure. He's extremely playful and full of energy, he's able to spend hours on end just playing! Twiggs is very spontaneous and tends to be unhinged, leading him to become a troublemaker. Twiggs loves exploring and is adventurous at heart, and he never gets bored of his adventures!
Twiggs tends to be very oblivious to many things around him, he's unable to pick up social cues and in return, can get himself into trouble. Regardless of this, Twiggs has a sincere side to him. He cares a lot about those around him, even those he doesn't know. When he sees someone upset or alone, he does his best to keep them company and help them feel better. Again, he doesn't understand social cues, so this can backfire on him even if he does have good intentions. Twiggs cares for all forms of life, whether it be a bug, human, or another pokemon. He's extremely sweet and good-natured.
Twiggs never lets negative words get through to him, well, most of the time he doesn't fully understand it. He always thinks positive and thinks negativity isn't worth his time, he'd rather just have fun!

Mimikyu are an interesting sort, always dressing up as pikachu -or whatever pokémon they’re fond of- usually hoping to capture the attention of others and feel loved in the same way. However, sometimes it’s just to protect unsuspecting creatures from their ghostly true forms. Clover is one such mimikyu, they’ve never been the biggest pikachu fan, and didn’t put too much care into designing their costume, but made sure to still show others that they mean well with the heart they display on the front. Many pikachu-cosplaying mimikyu aspire to learn electric moves; from the iconic thunderbolt to the paralyzing thunderwave, but Clover’s never quite been the type to go out of their way to learn them… Though it may take some practice to perfect, shadow claw often comes naturally to mimikyu. All it takes is a few swings of their amorphous black limbs, and you’ll have a simple version of the attack at the ready. Shadow claw may prove to be rather effective in battle, but that’s not the reason it’s Clover’s favourite- instead, they use it in a far more casual fashion. Wanting to grab something but it’s just out of reach? Shadow claw! Something bothering you and you want to scare it off? Shadow claw! One might even use it to move themselves around. As an attack with endless possibilities, shadow claw quickly became the perfect move for a fellow like Clover.

Though Lyra lives and interacts with other Pokémon, she has a good human friend named Eos, who she’ll team up with for certain challenges, such as gyms. Lyra enjoys challenging battles, but doesn’t want to live in a Pokéball. Luckily, Eos doesn’t mind, and allows Lyra to pop in and out of camp. Since Lyra has figured out how to use Pelliper Express Mail, they keep in touch. They’re pen pals! Lyra writes with the help of a pen that Eos helped make for her - since Lyra lacks actual thumbs. The pen can be comfortably held in the mouth, and Lyra has definitely mastered it! It’s been a few years of pen-palling, anyways!

Lyra and Fawkes are a bit of a chaotic duo. Surprisingly, Lyra is less chaotic, more like “Fawkes, this is a terrible idea, but okay! Let’s do it!” It was Lyra who sparked Fawkes’ interest in Pokéballs. They’re particularly best friends with *insert character here*.

Lyra considers Aron to be her little brother, despite the fact that one day, Aron will become a giant Aggron. Aron looks up to Lyra, and follows her everywhere. Aron plans to allow Lyra and Fawkes ride on his back so they can cover more distance together.

Fawkes, *insert character here*, and Aron all want to journey to Galar to meet a Zacian! They saw the sword doggo on TV while walking through a city and agreed right then and there they needed its autograph. They also want to make their own sort of Pokédex together… something that *insert character here* is taking charge of! Lyra’s good with descriptions (“it’s orange! And has two eyes!”), so while *character* is in charge of the format and the actual thing, Lyra helps with the Pokedex info and some sketches, Fawkes helps with anything science-y, and Aron… helps with whatever! They make a good quartet… maybe they’ll sing for us one day.

Lyra also has a few other friends, outside of Heartcatch, such as Woosmog, who they enjoy being fluffy together with. Lyra and Woosmog met at the local playground one day and have been good friends since, though Woosmog keeps jumpscaring Lyra with teleport. Lyra is good friends with Eos’ Pokémon as well, especially Elaine the Wooloo. While Lyra will never understand Elaine’s love of plants, Lyra appreciates it and will actively listen to the Wooloo’s Plant Talks. Other friends include Ladeon, Pixloo, Vie, and Astra.

Has your pokemon ever encountered a legendary? what was this like and how did it impact them?

Whenever someone in Valiant Hearts (Riley's team) encounters a Legendary Pokemon, they hold the belief that the encounter was fate, and that they should cherish this encounter with every fiber of their being. With that being said, has Riley ever come face to face with a Legendary? Yes, yes he has.

Riley can still remember the day like the back of his own hand. He was travelling through the vast forests of his region when all of the sudden, he noticed an off-putting tree on the outskirts of the forest. What made everything even more weird, was that this tree stood alone and a pond stood in front of the tree. Upon approaching the tree, Riley had a feeling that he was meant to be there and that something special was about to happen any second.

He approached the pond that laid in front of the large tree, finally, taking a step inside of it. As he stepped in the pond, the water rippled. Riley had expected the ripples to go away shortly after he had stepped in the pond, but to his surprise, they kept on going. More ripples formed beside his feet, expanding toward the large tree. Then all of a sudden, a bright white light, almost angelic of sorts, appeared in front of him. In fact, the sight almost blinded him. Riley had to move his arm up to cover his eyes until the bright light subsided. But when it did, before him stood the great legendary, Xerneas.

It was then when Riley understood. The tree that he had just encountered was none other than the tree of life. It was something that Riley had believed to be a legend up until now. But now Riley understood, he was meant to see the return of Xerneas and the life that followed behind him.

Xerneas looked down at Riley, making eye contact with him for only a matter of seconds, before he dipped his head to him in greeting and in farewell, and trekked off into the forest that he called his home.

After the encounter, Riley felt that his heart was full. He had encountered something that not many others got to encounter, after all. But he learned one thing, which months later, he would preach to his team; if ever encountering a Legendary Pokemon, they should come to believe that it was meant to happen, and that in some way, shape, or form, that the encounter with said Legendary was meant to have an impact on them in some way. For Riley, he found that he had a lot more respect for life as he knew it after his fateful encounter with the great Legendary, Xerneas.
