What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: [can be short or long !! no requirements either way]

I can say no! Which seems silly. But it’s given me a sense of freedom that I haven’t felt before, and probably never thought I would have deserved it. I’ve grown mentally, growing myself as a person. I also have friends, ones that I can be my genuine self around. They have done so much for me, making a huge impact in my life, to help me get through this crazy year, to help me not feel alone.

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: I’ve gotten a lot closer with my family which makes me super happy as we’ve always been a little distant. I especially need them as a support system in my life and they’ve helped me a lot!

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?:
I got engaged and am about to open my horizons in this new life journey! Along with this, I have found a renewed sense of community being a part of this fun little site, which came at an important time for me—my summer saw some difficult moments. I had unpleasant feelings I have not really had the time nor cause to feel before, but in turn I think ended up connecting me even more with those close to me. I'm grateful for the time to slow down and appreciate the people that mattered most. With my partner proposing, closeness to my family and the warmth I've received on this site and community, I can happily say these are significant, positive things from this past year.

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: i've got more active! i started volunteering a lot more and got to get into some really cool things, including animal training (specifically getting to train a bobcat!)

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: During March I took a break from CS, only occasionally checking in on Kalons. I took the time to re-join the Kalons Discord and try to reconnect with the community. My Autism makes it hard to read people's emotions in a conversation, especially through text, so I tend to accidentally upset people. I have made some friends though and me using the Meowdy emote makes some people happy, so that makes me happy.

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: honestly? ive been much happier, and able to cope with hardships better. i thought it would be more difficult to me now that im no longer at school, but i have friends at my job that i see almost daily and i dont really mind it.

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: My grandparents moved down the street, so I get to see them a lot more often!! I'm also transferring to a different university in-state and it's in my town so not only will I be able to stay at home, but I think it'll give me better opportunities to earn my Ph.D. eventually. I realized that I really love my hometown and I want to live here for as long as I'm able to :)

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: I've started getting involved in a lot more stuff! I volunteer at a hospital, I got into this cool research lab at school, im involved in a bunch of clubs, im doing more charity work, things like that! its really cool having things to do all day besides just studying and going on the internet. I also see friends sometimes too ofc, but not as much this year since I live with an immunocompromised dad
