Unless stated otherwise legendary custom Pillowtail's aren't available. ;) However, if they are ever opened up, I will gladly take your request as it sounds like a lot of fun to work on. :)

hey everyone, we have a new customs thread here!!!
if the artists added here, or artists willing to do customs, could go and make a post on the thread saying they're available with all their info and pricing and everything, that would be a gigantic help <3

things will be done a little differently with the need of a MYO/custom slot purchase before you can have one made, but I promise it will be cheap and affordable (and if it's not, you are more than welcome to negotiate), and it's purely to keep things a little more organized and fair for everyone, so some users don't have to pay several rares, while others get one completely free. This way, everyone is required to give the same amounts, and then from there they can choose how much they're willing to pay for an artist if they do not wish to make it themselves.
All CS$ and pets received from shop purchases for edits and customs, will also be given back to the community through raffles!
