Favorite Part About Kalons: I love the artists who make the kalons! They have such amazing and creative ideas, and pretty much every kalon ever made have extremely appealing designs to many people. They have an amazing talent of taking a palette and then creating something above and beyond! They're so kind as well, and super polite when you ask them questions about the competition or just about anything, I'm sure. High praise to the artists that form the base of the Kalon species! Without you guys there wouldn't be such a large fanclub of kalon-lovers today marveling over designs ^.^

Favorite Part About Kalons: I love the art and designs of Kalons! The artists always do such an amazing job creating new eye-catching and lovely designs all the time, and I am honestly in awe of how each artist's personal style and tastes shine through even though they're all using the same base. All of them are incredibly talented and I'm so appreciative of how much effort and passion they put into their work. ❤️

Your Favorite Kalon Pair: ok i'd feel super guilty to pick a favorite out of the two i have because i really love them both but since graham and kellogg have been together longer and are a lot more developed i have to choose them ;v;
they're just?? the cutest things?? kellogg owns (and works at) a candy shop and graham owns (and works at) a chocolate shop so they understand each other's work a lot and are always willing to help out around busy times for the other (such as halloween & valentine's day)
they live together and graham likes to be fancy and go to plays and stuff but he truly just loves spending time with kellogg and their dates typically end with them cuddling and falling asleep halfway through a cheesy movie (which graham always regrets because it is so dang hard to wake kellogg up)

Favorite Part About Kalons: I've got more than one fave part, rip but I think they're both equally rlly great? One of my fave parts of kalons is entering for competitions. I love to read other people's forms, I love seeing all the creative things people develop, and I love making my own. I rlly like seeing in progress ones too? Seeing how a concept slowly develops is so neat, ahhh. Next to this, my other fave part which I think goes along with it is the community aspect to kalons. i love seeing ppl share their characters, bc you can really feel the dedication with them? And then you can connect with others as well, and share characters with one another. I just thi the whole thing is really neat, :')

Favorite Part About Kalons: honestly can i just say everything? ( .. warning this may be kinda long, but i'll try to keep it short )

the community. i didn't join this community too long ago, but everyone certainly welcomed me with open arms. everyone can be so sweet in this community, especially the users i've talked to myself. it's a joy talking to them because everyone i've ever talked to is seriously such a sweetheart?? i really didn't expect for everyone to be so nice. i joined the community originally due to the fact that after seeing kalons around for quite a bit, i really grew to like them more and more, and normally i'm super hesitant about joining the communities and all, but i'd like to say i'm post kinda frequently in the fanclub and in kalons in general because i just adore everyone in it? i wasn't quite hesitant joining this community after i was rewarding with my very first, lovely kalon paiva.

the competitions. competitions are always super fun to enter. i'm not the best artist so you don't normally see me entering artistic competitions unless i order art from someone, but any writing competitions i'm up to enter for because they're always super fun for me! even if i lose, i don't really mind, because on the bright side - this whole thing is helping my writing skills get.. better and better. which is fantastic! i like seeing my improvements as i go along competition to competition with my writing and coding. i wasn't really interested much in coding that much until i got into kalon competitions and i like taking my time prettying everything up, even if i'm not the best at it. i also adore looking at other people's entries.. they're so fun to read and see how creative many other people are!

the designs. every design that an artist releases are always super unique and never fail to impress me. all of them. while of course i don't connect well to all of them, it makes me happy other people really can! i absolutely have to give a hand to every artist out there who works for kalons, because their designs are always stunning and beautiful. so thank all of your artists so.. so much for doing this for the community? seriously, you're all amazing people.

the nursery. i don't think i've seen many other people mention this, but i do gotta give another hand to any artist who does nursery batches! all of them always come out amazingly and look perfect.. i'm really glad they can take time out of their day and do this for people. i also like the fact that basically everyone has a fair chance at getting a spot in the nursery, like whenever artists open raffles, it's completely random. and when you receive the kits after the breeding.. they're always spectacular and there's no way you couldn't fall in love with them.

the myos. it's not often you see a community that would let you buy your own make your own of the species, so it's a lovely thing that kalons do let us do that! in most closed species, you'd normally have to win them in a very tricky competition of some sort, but being able to buy myos whenever you want is pretty heckin' fantastic & i really am glad it's a thing because i could make my dream kalons come true.

the events. holy heckin' moly are the events so darn fun! i've only participated in this year's summer event, but i absolutely adored it and it was very fun. especially the whole aspect of an rpg game using my kalons, it really helped me develop their personalities more and the writing competitions were always fun! i also liked the fact that if you participated, you'd get something even if you didn't win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place. but in general, i feel like they'll be really fun just like the summer event was. and being able to win items from them to add to your kalons is really such a nice idea.

the development. the development process is always fun. thinking of what your kalons would be like and putting it into words and writing stories about them.. making art pieces/receiving art pieces from others.. everything about that is always really fun. i love developing my kalons so much, and my characters in general really. giving them unique personalities and having the possibility to have them live in my own made-up world is such a lovely thing too, i'm glad they're not restricted to all of them being in the present day or the past or the future - we could do really whatever we'd like with our kalons development wise.

there's probably more that i'm missing. but oh well! it was really fun to even just write this and say my favorite things about this lovely community. ♥

Your Favorite Kalon Pair: To be honest I only have one pairing of my kalons, and that is West and Goof's Alice but, they're just so amazing together, and they're perfect for each other. West works on a farm, while Alice works for a robotics company, which is adorable because they are complete opposites, with West being old school, and Alice being a technology and electronics modern age kind of kalon, I just thought that was so cute. West and Alice are still working things out, still dating, they haven't gotten around to many, many dates, about 2 or 3, but they've been super excited and looking forward to each one as they go along. They met when they accidentally swapped pet carriers at a breakfast place. West had swapped Alice's Maine Coon for his Russian Blue. And it was just fate that they happened to hit it off really well.

I've really admired their relationship and I think it is one of the best a kalon could have, because they fit together, like two peas in a pod, and I really am glad that me and Goofs decided to pair these two up because now I wouldn't even dare to split them apart.
