How they feel about themself -- "It's a hard thing to consider, how you feel about yourself. A lot of people hate themselves with no justifiable reason to. Some people, sometimes the worst people, love themselves like they're the stars in the sky. Some people hate or love themselves within good reason. Few people don't really have an opinion of themselves.
When I was little, I didn't really care. I was smart, and loyal, and my parents loved me. All I cared about was going to school, playing with my friends, and then coming home again to wait for the next day. I enjoyed my childhood, and I wish I could go back. It would be much easier than life is now. When I was a teenager, I hated myself. Thought I was the worst thing since the Depression. I hated the way I looked, the way my voice sounded, everything about me. I think that's a normal teenager thing, and it's a horrible thing that they have to go through in such a fragile time in their lives. There's no reason for someone like myself to have hated myself like that.
Then, I grew up. I loved myself all of a sudden. I knew where I was going and I was only a few years past graduation. I thought I knew everything, but... I guess I really didn't. At this point in my life, I don't really feel anything about myself. I don't like myself, yet I don't hate myself either, and I really think that's the way most people should be. Too much love makes you cocky, too little makes you dangerous to yourself."
