Explanation: Throughout his life Gabriel had wondered if other Kalons had to endure the same hardships. As Gabe grew older, his mind turned very pessimistic and he saw the bad in every situation. Despite being his own worst enemy, Gabe refused to give up. He still viewed life in a very negative light, but now he also had realized that these things were part of life trying to best him. He learned that no matter what life threw at him, he was going to continue to live and breath and learn to enjoy the time he has. (Not the best explanation to the songs I chose, but working with only 100 words is hard :"/)
