bad witch?

Pfft! Hate to sound preachy here, kid, but there's no such thing
as a good or bad person. All of us have committed great acts of benevolence -
well, maybe not that dramatic - and we've all done bad things too. No one
is perfectly good or perfectly evil; if you judge them only on their bad actions
they can be seen as evil, and if you judge someone only on their good actions
they seem angelic. It's a mix of both, kid, so I don't know which I am.

something that sounds like it has a bunch of umlauts in it. The forest
scene dissipates, and you are left waist-deep in a swamp full of huge
leeches.
Looks like the forest was an illusion.)
That's a spell called

that is used to cast illusions, though few try it because they think that
just because it has a very long name, it must be a hard spell to perform.

Yes the name is a bit ridiculous, but it fits this kind of a witch very well. They were never named, but simply existed as such.
gender/pronouns: They/them (doesn't exactly have multiple personality, but has many minds and thoughts)
is (he/she/they/xey/ect.) a good witch or a bad witch: Why, what a question. They wouldn't be able to answer this, for they are extremely indecisive. Sometimes they are good and sometimes bad. Jazzberry is a bit of a selfish witch, but they also do good. They often help people with wants and wishes but beware crossing them, for horrors surely will ensue. They can never simply be one, their thoughts are too scattered.
their favorite spell: "Ah! Why must you ask such a question. We may never decide like this. Our favourites are too many..." The kalon narrows their eyes.
"Okay. I shall pick one... Lets seeeee here..." The kalon is rummaging with their eyes closed through a pile of scrolls.

"Ah yes many a man have fallen at this spell. Its quite simply reversible however and is honestly just a trick. It gives a snake or toad head for only about a week. But that's long enough for revenge, correct?"

This small witch loves a certain spell that makes things appear. How she does it is she grabs the nearest cloth, string, two brooms and magical wand of hers. She asks the Kalon what they want and then she holds up the cloth with the brooms and the string. Afterward, she waves her wand, mutters the words, "Alacappearus nowthus!" and poof! The item they want appears behind the small curtain. She throws everything aside and presents the item. Just seeing the smile on their faces gives her more joy than performing this act!

are they a good witch or a bad witch:
manyeo likes to view themselves as a neutral being. they are neither good nor
bad in nature, and tend to cast spells that do not help nor hurt the world!

their favorite spell:
although they do not use their magic often, manyeo's favorite spell is saegsangui
mulyag (색상의 물약), one that changes the leaves on the trees to their bright
colors in autumn. this spell is mostly one of cosmetic effect; the leaves would go
straight to brown without it, but manyeo enjoys creating the vivid colors of
autumn and giving the world her own, personal touch.

saegsangui mulyag is made by first bringing a cauldron full of water to a boil,
then adding fermented plant materials for pigment, such as beetroots, carrots,
and squash. various ingredients can be added as needed to help the spell perform
well, such as the bark of a dying tree to connect to the earth, dragon scales to
seal it under the leaves, cat claws for the color to hold in tight, and rat whiskers
to sense the cold and allow the leaves to die naturally as winter arrives.

there is no true way to know when the mixture is completely warmed through; a
witch has instincts no regular being can truly understand, including an extensive
knowledge of the spells they use practically hardwired into their memory. manyeo
can tell the exact moment when the brew needs pulled off the fire and a spell

"That depends on your definition. I mean, im good at what I do, but what I do isn't often seen as good."

What is your favorite spell?

"Callisius, or a form of immobile levitation, meaning that they hover without being able to go anywhere. Not on myself, goodness no, but on others! It is greatly amusing to see an unsuspecting Kalon flail as they slowly hover into the air and then try to kick and swim through the air, only to spin in one place. The disappointment and fear on their face is just perfect to fill a day of boredom."

How do you make it?

"I shouldn't say, but it would also be amusing to see others using it and thus leading to hundreds of flailing creatures! Well, you first have to take the fur of a sleeping badger, it gets easier with experience. You will then need honey from a fallen bees nest, not one you knocked down, it has to be on the ground when you find it. Next you'll need water where salmon swim, a clove of garlic, a caterpillar from a blueberry bush, and finally, and perhaps the most important one, a flying insect trapped within solid Amber. The insect and be anything from a mosquito to a wasp, but it has to be able to fly. Then you take those and toss them onto a pan, fry it over the fire, be sure to mash it all up when you do, then leave it out to dry. When you're done you'll have a soft, blue-grey powder. Throw it at the target and poof! Floatin Kalons all around! The more you use, the longer it lasts!"
