What's your Avix's favorite spot to go for a vacation?

Emery loves colder areas, so she loves to vacation to cold places, so instead of the beach or water park during the summer she'll gladly choose a skiing resort or anything similar.

What's your Avix's favorite spot to go for a vacation?

Olly - Somewhere humid and hot, someplace he can be near the ocean. He loves small ocean towns, and often goes for Ice cream in them. Due to his unkempt appearance, he often gets weird looks, but when he's off duty you can find Olly on the beach with an ice cream cone, listening to the ocean and probably singing about it as well.

I came up with another Extra Token Opportunity! This one can either be an ART or WRITING prompt (you may choose which one you would like to do), and I'll be choosing a winner from both categories! The two first place winners will receive 50 tokens each, but everyone will revieve a participation prize of 10 tokens. Depending on the amount of entries, there may be second and third place winners. Your Avix just bought ice cream of their favorite flavor, but as they were walking away from the stand, someone ran past and knocked into them, making their ice cream topple onto the sidewalk. How do they react?


 
It was a sizzling hot, summer day, and the sun was high in the sky, directly over head. It's rays beat down on everything below it, heating up everything in it's path. Some called it lovely, others begged to differ, hut the one thing everyone agreed on was that it was indeed a very hot day. Some sat in front of air conditioners, others jumped in their pool or went to the beach, and some even just embraced the overwhelming heat. One young girl, though, found another way to cope with it.

Freya slowly strolled down the calm street, enjoying the ice cream cone she had just purchased.  It was two scoops of her favorite flavor - birthday cake - in a tasty, homemade waffle cone.  The ice cream was a delicous creamy vanilla, decorated with tasty, colorful, sweet bits that resembled the sprinkled on a cake.  Swirled all in and around the scoops was a sweet blue ribbon of frosting, resembling the frosting of a cake.  The delicious treat was a mix of different tastes, creating the perfect flavor.

Freya almost looked like a cat with the way she was licking the cone.  Her licks were short and quick, taking the ice cream little by little.  She wanted to make it last as long as possible, so big licks was not the way to go.  She let each but of ice cream melt on her tongue before swallowing and going for more.  But, Freya was so absorbed in her cone that she didnt hear the kid riding up behind her on his roller blades.

The kid was quite careless, paying no mind or respect to the civilians around him, purposely cutting off people in their paths.  It was amusing to him, and he soon found his next target.  Poor Freya was in her own little world, and the young boy begak his pursuit.  He kicked with his roller blades, propelling him forward to a satisfying speed.  A mischevious grin spread across his face, and once he was close enough, he knocked his shoulder into Freya's arm.

The impact shocked the poor female, and she gasped.  The frightening turn of events caused her to lose her grip on the cone, and it tipped from her hand, ice cream end first.

There was no saving it.  There was no going back.  There was nothing Freya can do but watch in horror as gravity took hold of her delicious treat and the song "How Could This Happen to Me" by Simple Plan began to play in the back ground.  The cone made contact with the hot concrete sidewalk, the scoops splattering, and the waffle cone shattering to pieces.  What a tragic site it was.

Freya stood there, staring at the mess at her feet, as the kid let out a mischevious laugh and sped off on his roller blades.  There were many ways one can react to such a situation.  One could get angry and curse the sky, or one may pursue the boy and lecture him for his recklessness, or even just mope around and continue with the day.  But Freya, somehow still having good spirits, turned on her heel, and returned to the ice cream shop for another cone, this time, enjoying it at a table in the shop.

Short Story
Although Fright enjoys being in the air then being on land, he decided that it was time that he take a cruise for once. Maybe meet some cute chicks, have some fun, and enjoy life. When he heard they would be stopping at an island to explore he was beyond stocked. Having little money as a child Fright was unable to go to Hawai'i or play on beaches as his fathers needed to make money to support the family. This was one of the first times Fright would be able to enjoy the beach.

Once the ship had arrived at the island, Fright was one of the first to get off. He went straight towards a shaded area under some palm trees, laid a blanket down, and relaxed. To him, it was perfect, perfect enough that for once he was content with being on land. The nice warm air and sound of the waves crashing soon made his eyelids heavy and Fright found himself drifting off to sleep. While asleep others had missed him and the ship, unfortunately, left him behind.

Waking up after his nice nap Fright looked around to find there was no one left on the island but him. He started to freak out but figured that they would take a head count finding that they left him behind. In the meantime, Fright decided that he should make some sort of signal to passing ships if they don't come back for him. Grabbing some sticks and a stone Fright started rubbing the sticks together creating friction, starting a fire. He used the fire to make smoke signaling that someone was on the island. He also used reflective shells found to make a beacon, and rocks to write S.O.S. on the beach hoping he would soon be found.
