We've been hearing some complaints about this, so, here to clear things up:
It's fine that the baby was kept, but regarding this:

all art will go to the winner.

Since there was no true winner, there is no obligation to give your art to the owner.
Those of you who were told they had to give their art up, feel free to do whatever you wish with it.

...Which is just saying that Pachoopi's judging in this was correct.

I've recieved a couple of PMs regarding this contest, one of the main concerns being art ownership.

Keeping the baby is fine, however keep in mind that entrants have the right to keep their art if they'd like to. ^^

Just doesn't hurt to have official omod word on things for future reference! (:
