Hello, I am Rainy Nights. I'm interviewing-
Mika Samuels, that's my name and don't forget it. I'm obviously a girl, so don't you go around calling me a boy.

So, what is your favorite thing in the world?
Music, it's just something someone can't live without. It's always there, even in the background. The world would be dead silent if there wasn't music.
What is your dream job?
I can't really answer that. Sometimes I want to be a doctor or nurse but other times I feel like I should become a violinist instead.
How did you get into violin playing?
I remember my older sister playing it when I was younger. I used to beg to go to all of her middle school concerts just to see all of those string instruments play. I begged my parents for a violin and after a year, they gave me one for my birthday but they bought me an electric one. After getting an amp, I never stopped playing it.
If there was a fire, what three things would you pick to save from it?
My violin of course, I would never leave it behind. I guess the next thing would be my computer, I can't give up on tumblr that easily. The last thing I would save, of course, would be my hoodie. It's special to me since I don't have to go out and buy headphones. It's already in it, although it would be awkward to use it with my computer since it's meant for iPods.
What is something that you hate the most?
Bad writing and bad music! Yes, there is such a thing as bad music! What's infuriating is that those types of stuff gets more attention than anything good. It's even worse if a story or song starts out good but then takes a left turn into Horrible Lane. Honestly, I would like for people to stop listening or reading or even watching it and think that it's the best thing ever.

Hello there, I'm Hiroko, the one interviewing you today.. and your name is?

"Hm. Alright then.
My name is Khione. Thank you very much."

What a nice name! Am I correct to assume, you are female?

-frowns- "Of course I am! Obviously!
You shouldn't even need to ask."

Alright then. Mind if we go a bit farther into the interview?

"Hmpf. It's what I'm here for isn't it?"
----------------------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------------------

So, Khione do you have any particular hobbies, or things you enjoy?

"Being alone. The only exceptions are my two friends,m
Coke and Tobi. ((more about them in "What do you think others think of you?"))
I love video games, movies..and popcorn.
Pulling pranks,
and just plain old messing around with Coke and Tobi.

Hm, interesting, I myself like video games and movies as well. ;) Moving on to a simpler question, how is your day going?

Whatever. Why do you care how I'm doing? It's not like you'll actually listen.
...

I promise I'll listen! C'mon, tell me!

"Hmphh. It's not a bad day.
...

Whatever. Come on, keep going! I want to get this over with."

Any specific pet peeves of yours?

Pet peeves, of course I do.
I really can't stand when someone tells me what I can and can't do.
I can make the right decision without help. I also dislike it when I get called a "girly girl".
I may be a girl, but definitely not "girly".
I love movies, but can't take sappy romance ones. I could go on and on, but you've probably lost interest. Let's speed up this thing so I can go. Come on.

What do you think others think of you?

"Hm, that's a tough one. I really think of myself as the reserved type.
I enjoy being by myself most of the time. I'm sure others think the same of me.
I don't have many close friends, except for (iFoopet's) Coke, and (Torquoise.'s) Tobi.
I am also pretty independent, brave and know how to protect myself.
Unlike Coke, I am more mature, don't tell him I said that. He'd be furious, nothing I can't handle though.
I think some people find me rude, but truthfully, I don't have very good 'people skills', and I can't help that.

Some consider me a 'tom-boy' I guess it's true, I'm fine with being called that..
..as long as no one mistakes me for a boy.

Last off, I've heard plenty of other beans giving warnings to stay on my 'good side'.
I definitely don't mess around when it comes to me, or my friends.
I'd protect them for anything.

So can I go now?"

Art:

Ugh, you took my picture?!

Image taken after the interview. I was finally able to get a bit of a smile out of her.. Not quite the smile I was looking for.. Could she be plotting something..?

iFoopets is to thank for that amazing piece of art. Thanks again! QwQ

nitori wrote:"welcome, gil! i'm nitori and i'll be interviewing you today. so tell us
a little about yourself."

He shifts his weight rather awkwardly in the interview chair he's perched in, sitting in front of
a desk. Gilbert's eyes scan thoughtfully over a petite brunette sitting in a chair behind the desk, and
quickly he averts his gaze, choosing to peer around the room blithely instead. After a moment, how-
ever, the bean tugs himself from his thoughts and answers, though appears rather flustered at first.

"O-Oh, yes; right. My name is Gilbert and I'm seventeen years old. It should obviously say on there I'm
a male, right?"
He gestures with a claw to the clipboard the woman holds. "We-Well, anyways, I'm here
because I believe your agency deserves more excellent actors, and I believe myself to be one."

Realizing he seems full of himself, he pauses uneasily; his voice hushing as his pink and black bangs
fall into his eyes, though are quickly swept aside by a quick paw.

nitori wrote:"ah, very nice, very nice. what are your interests?"

He doesn't seem surprised by the next question, but takes a second to tilt his gaze upwards and peel
through his thoughts curiously nevertheless.
"My interests.." he echoes, as if in a daze, but not a
moment later he's peering back at his interviewer with strawberry pink eyes gleaming. It's said that
his eyes are just a little pinker than a strawberry daiquiri.
"I act, of course. I'm also into running,
which I do best with long distances. I'm teaching myself to play the electric guitar, and I like pop punk
music. Sometimes I read, though it tends to be sonnets and Shakespearean things; I adore older liter-
ature. It's fascinating, really, the way that they wrote now, and how modernized language is so diff-
erent. It's really quite fascinating to--"
Gilbert halts his dialogue as he realizes he was rambling, and
offers a nervous chuckle plus a sheepish grin to make up for it.

nitori wrote:"and how would you feel if chosen for the job as an actor?"

Eyes brightening, he's very quick to answer. "It would be wonderful! I've been working at acting just
barely after I left my mother's pouch. I'm so excited and so happy that I'm able to even have this opp-
ortunity today at an interview! Honestly, I'm very humbled I was able to come."
He bows his head
quickly in a form of thanks, then returns his gaze to the woman's.
"Just think about everything you've
ever wanted and think of what it's like to earn it,"
he speaks, voice awed. "That's what it feels like to me."

nitori wrote:"what was your history like? no criminal records, i hope."

He raises a brow, as if startled or offended. "Okay, I know the pink hair and stuff can throw
you off, but I assure you that I'm a pretty innocent bean!"
he retorts, though in a very polite way; his
heart is already pounding against his chest and he's terrified of offending his interviewer.
"I was raised
by my mother. I was adopted, considering we didn't know where either of my biological parents went; it's
still like that. We have no idea who they are, and where they've gone. Anyways, she'd always read me sonn-
ets and poetry: my favorite was the tragedy, Romeo and Juliet. She thought I was too young for
that stuff but I'd always coo to her when she finished to read it again. Oh, how the words rolled off her
tongue. They were like liquid. I'm still so jealous of how literate she is."
He sighs happily, recalling old
memories.
"That's how I found my passion for acting. The rest is history, because the rest of my life
wasn't too eventful. This is the most exciting thing that's happened to me in so long."

nitori wrote:"very nice, thank you for being here! we'll give you a call!"

"O-Oh, thank you very much!" he exclaims, eyes brightening. "I look forward to it. Thank
you so, so much!"
Excitement is evident in his features as well as his body language as he nearly stum-
bles after exiting the door. Maybe his acting dreams will come true: all he can do is hope.

Kiokami:
“Hello there, and welcome to the interview! My name is Kiokami, but I highly doubt that I’m of any interest tonight. Instead, let’s hear about a female young bean, Kailan, who is an aspiring artist and talent. So, Kailan, tell me, what kind of artwork brings you here tonight?”
Kailan:
A young bean with sharp pink eyes sits across from the interviewer at a small table. Her bright pink hair falls over her eyes slightly, and her nails drum the table in slight nervousness. Tonight is her big night, and already her heart is racing. As soon as the interviewer starts to talk, the bean breaths a bit heavier, though it is clear she is doing her best to relax into the situation. When she opens her mouth to speak, her voice holds only a shred of nervousness. “Thank you, Kiokami.” She bean replies with a smile. “Well, my artwork is…unique, though some might say otherwise. It’s something that most wouldn’t even think of as art. In fact, sometimes when I tell people what I do,” Her eyes narrow ever so slightly, almost a challenge to the interviewer. “They sometimes try to call the cops.” She looks around, letting the challenging look go. “You see, I make graffiti art- before you do anything, no, I don’t graffiti buildings or private property. I do my artwork on old pieces of cardboard, kind of a pre-recycling movement. I graffiti an old box, then sell it to help pay for new paints. It’s my passion, and I can’t imagine doing anything else with my life.”
Kiokami:
“That’s a cool way to recycle, and certainly a beautiful passion! So, tell me, what do you use as inspiration for your art?”
Kailan:
Kailan just shrugs, and gives a shy smile. “I honestly can’t say that I have a specific inspiration. I just paint the way I see things, or how I feel. Although, one of my favorite topics to paint is the way the world should be.” Her roaming gaze pauses, as if she is deep in thought, searching for the right words to express her belief. “I walk around, I see the world, and sometimes the world looks…oppressed. Everyone is expected to act a certain way, talk a certain way, and have certain opinions just to fit in, and those that feel differently are often excluded. On top of that, everyone’s opportunities are often based off of events or chances that they have no control over. Those who are in charge don’t always play fair. I just hope for a world where everyone can have a chance, and everyone can fit in.” The serious looks on her face melts away with another shrug, and a self-conscious brushing of her long hair out of her eyes. She smiles, almost shyly. “I don’t know, that’s just how I see it. And that’s how I paint it.”
Kiokami:
“That is certainly a hopeful way to view the world, and not a though most would imagine coming from a bean as young as you are. It seems far more mature than anything anyone would imagine. Tell me, what was your childhood like?”
Kailan:
“My childhood?”
Kailan echoes, blinking in surprise. That was one subject she hadn’t expected to come up, not in a million years. A bit taken aback, she replied, “Well, I don’t know about normal, but it wasn’t exactly abnormal either. I grew up like any other bean, raised by my mother and spend many afternoons hanging out with my friends. I always loved painting and artwork in general. I guess it all changed one day when I decided I was old enough to make my own decisions, and I started spray painting and dyed my hair. You see, my mom what really big on being a proper young bean- be in at curfew, hang with the right beans, be successful, fit in, have perfect manners, and all the normal strict parent stuff. She wanted me to be a scientist or a teacher, my mom did. The thing was…that wasn’t what I wanted for myself. She had me on such a straight path, I almost felt like I was chocking. So, when I turned sixteen, I dyed my hair, bought my first cans of spray paint, and left home. I bunked at friends houses at night and painted all night, on any recycled material I could find until I made enough money to find my own place. I think that’s when I started to see the world as oppressive, because all of the sudden I could open my eyes and see my life, my family, everything the way it really was. And it was amazing.” The young bean kept getting louder and louder as she spoke, her voice rising with passion, and she was on the edge of her seat. It was clear that this was what the bean lived for, and her emotions were never clearer than in this moment. Her eyes were distant, as if staring over some distant horizon, into the heart and soul of life itself. Turning her attention back the interviewer, she gave a proud grin. “It’s what I live for.”
Kiokami:
“That is truly an amazing revelation to have at sixteen years old. All I can say, is that I hope that there are more like you, more with your amazing view of the world. What do you plan to do with these thoughts? Any future aspirations, I mean?”
Kailan:
“Well, actually, I do.” She replied, more than happy to share her beliefs with anyone willing to listen. “I want to start an art school. It would have everything from pottery classes to an open studio to a library to a philosophy club. It would be an open place for anyone to come and express themselves, to be the person they might have to hide. It would be free to the public, so anyone is welcome to come and share in the freedom. No membership, no requirements, just an open place to come be free. It seems like a far away goal, but I’m hoping to start a group to help fund this place, with others with similar beliefs to my own. With some help, bake sales, art auctions, you name it, perhaps one day my dream can come true, and I can help make the world a better place.”
Kiokami:
There is a moment of awed silence before the interviewer speaks again. “I certainly hope, that of all the dreams in the world, that yours may one day come true. Thank you so much for sharing your inspiring story with us, and with the world. You are certainly going to impact society in a large way, and may I with the best of luck to you. Now, before we go, is there anything you would like to say to all those listening?”
Kailan:
“Aw, thank you. It really means a lot to me.”
Kailan blushes, not used to being in the limelight. It only takes her a short pause to come up with the perfect response. “Remember, there is no shame in being an individual. Live, love, have your own dream! Try to be yourself each and every day, and you never know what will happen.”
Kiokami:
“Thank you so much, Kailan, and have a wonderful life. Best of luck with your future.”
Kailan:
“You’re welcome, and thank you.”

      Bean name - Sharon Deimon

      Bean gender - Male ♂

      1-5 interview questions -
[ How do you feel about your two names? ]

Oh yeah, great question. I guess you still want an answer to this stupid thing, though. First off, Sharon... it sounds like a girl name, I am not a girl. What where my parents even thinking? Oh, yeah! Great idea, let's name our son Sharon cause it has such a wonderful ring to it for a boy. Ugh... at least my second name is cool. I chose it when I was a kid, cause man, I've never liked "Sharon" as a name. Deimon is supposed to be like "demon" but with a little twist on it. Very original, I know..."
[ Do you have any fears? ]
"Tch... we all do, isn't that what those equality nuts say? Not much scares me anymore, but god... I'm terrified of the idea of finding a mate. Imagine it, finding someone and giving them all of your trust, and who knows? Maybe they plan to chop you up or dump you in a ditch..."
    [ What's your darkest secret? ]
"...Sometimes I feel like I'm dead. I know it's some sort of disorder according to "scientists" and "researchers" but what do they really know? They don't feel this way... sometimes I can't find my own pulse, and I space out as if I had no ability to think, like my brain melted away. This scares people sometimes, and I must say... I like that fear. I can taste it in the air, the fear of the unknown. "Who is that freak who thinks that he's dead?" Heh... who indeed?"
[ How would you describe yourself? ]
"Hellish, demonic, cynical, aggressive, violent, and dead. What else could there be to know that you haven't bothered me about already? Just go away, you pest. I swear, I will tear out your tongue if you keep bothering me."
