I apologize the judging took so long! ;o; I was stuck between two entries, and I had to debate whether or not to make a runner up.

May I just say, the judging was nearly impossible! I tried to get help from many friends, including Pachoo, and they were all torn between these two forms as well. I spent this whole time debating between the two.
Who these two are, you may ask, are none other than tyger. and Beatnik!

tyger. has this girl's personality, history, and life well thought out. Amazingly planned out. It seems that tyger would be more active on the written out side. The way the name is planned out and all in information, as if they had every single detail planned out, and yet they say they are not done with it..
While Beatnik on the other hand seems like they would be more active on the art side. And wow that art. The stories they have are also pretty adorable. The way this gal acts towards Beat's other Pseudo is pretty cute, just how she finally gives up. Beatnik has also planned out this Pseudo well, but not as much as tyger did.
The amount of effort put into these two forms is just amazing.

The winner I am choosing is tyger. because of how well thought out the character is!

Altogether, this was just unbearably hard to judge! So, I've decided to give a runner up, even if I said this mutation is really rare. To make up for this, I'm changing the locations of the feathers somewhat and changing the shapes of the feather. The gender of the runner up is still being decided!

Of course, the runner up will go to Beatnik because of the amazing art and cute stories!
