Periquito
Name meaning;
Periquito means parakeet or budgie in Spanish.
In personal terms, I chose this name
because my mother used to love budgies
and she had some as a child.
In terms of this character,
the colors seem to be something
a budgie may have. Why I put it in Spanish?
Because a lot of colorful,
exotic birds live in Spanish countries.
Nicknames;
Periquito also goes by Peri or Quito,
but prefers Peri overall. Both are part of his
original name, just shortened.

Gender;
Male, because he has more of a male spirit to him,
and I do not see any form of girliness in his design
whatsoever.
Size;
He is unusually small for an adult jellybean dragon,
and is the size of the smallest adult jellybean
dragon, or the size of the largest teenager JBD.
Age;
He is about twenty-six(26) years of age.
Peri is six years into his adulthood.
Voice;
Peri's voice is soft with a sweet tone to it,
the kind of voice you would imagine a guy
who is shy and cute to have.

{Full Name:: Rio de Janeiro - Rio is the most popular and active place in Brazil, known for it's Festive, bright, and colorful background - This represents this Jelly Bean Dragon in a way. But if you dig deeper you'll notice that, like the state, Rio can build an easy mask of composure unseen to others. His nickname to others is "Rio".
{Gender:: Male - Since he was hatched, October has been a male. Though a little feminine when it came to party decorations and other things. Many call Rio a Fun, Clumsy, and Loud male. This, although more than a little true, is not what those who are attentive refer to him as. If you look a little closer, you'll notice a sarcastic, enchanting, and fun-loving young man who enjoys making sarcastic comments and childish, but funny, remarks. He is slow minded and witty, but most don't see that side of him as he doesn't speak his opinion too often.
When he does, Rio never talks about what he thinks exactly. He does a sub conscious filter for his phobia of embarrassment, and never looks back. He tries not to let his vulnerability get in the way of his speaking, but how do you do that when your mind never stops working? The answer is, you don't. And the same thing goes for sweet little Rio.
Something else that no one takes time to notice is his honest and observant personality, which is always in full effect. He judges everyone mentally, though he won't admit. Rio labels complete and utter strangers- they would do the same to him. That's how he sees it, anyway. This isn't entirely true, but he can also be lazy and will often refuse to change his perspective on things. This, yes, is a fatal flaw... But so is changing him.

||Likes||His mask - He loves his mask, its been through a lot throughout his childhood. He'd always wear it to Carnival or any festive type of place, the feathers were either from a Jandaya Parakeet or Sun Parakeet either which he loved both species of bird because they reminded him of his home and coat(fur).
-Confetti - Rio also loves confetti, he likes how they fly, spin, or twirl up in the air above his head the lights shining off the streams of paper.
-Pitanga - This is one of Rio's favorite fruits, he loves Pitanga because he can just easily plop one onto his tongue and start chewing, no cutting or mashing needed unless you wanted to make them in a jam full on Vitamin C.
-Parties - Rio loves, loves, loves parties. So you can see him awake till the break of dawn and asleep at a quarter till afternoon.

||Dislikes||-Dull Colors - Rio always seems to be bugged when something is dull, usually he'll just move it to somewhere he wont see it but it'll always be at the back of his mind.
-Nigel - Nigel? Who's Ni- Ohh, you mean that Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo in Rio? Ah yes, Rio is into the 2011 disney movie "Rio". His own home made into a movie, how great is that? Watching a rare species of Blue Macaw (Cyanopsitta spixii) that started in a bookstore in Minnesota then moved to Brazil, because Blu was the last living male blue macaw while Brazil had the last living female blue macaw. And throughout the male and female's journey that had to go through stuff chained together while Nigel was hunting them down.
-No music - Rio always needs something with a beat to listen to, it calms his thoughts though it may be disrespectful when someone's try to talk to you and you have your headphones of ear buds on.
