Answer: Her flaw is that she doesn't "know" herself. When she meets anyone new, or rather anything, she changes herself to suit them. While it helps her make many friends, it leaves her exhausted and depressed at the effort it takes to be everyone's cup of tea. She quite simply doesn't know what she's truly like, no idea how to cope with others without having to change to match everyone around her. It's like slipping on a new mask every day, a new disguise or facade(hence the name) to wear like a hand-me down coat that never quite fits right.

Answer: Her greatest flaw is clumsiness. Hera always finds herself tripping over herself, and bumping into things, etc. It's probably because she is always daydreaming so she usually isn't paying attention to what she is doing. It's not like she wants to stop, she actually doesn't mind her being clumsy. Although, it definitely has its downfall. It can be very embarrassing sometimes, especially when she trips over what she says ‘a blade of grass’ or something along the lines if that, in front of others.
But even so, this trait just makes her Hera.
