Well, I never expect to get one. XD Because I do traditional art instead of digital. If I had a tablet, I could do digital, but I'm nothing with a mouse. :3 Hopefully you're right, though! Oh, and btw, you can have my art of him. I'll get you a link later today.

Oh, I don't think that traditional art lowers your chances. I like traditional art, it has a special thing about it that I can't explain...maybe cause the majority of art shown online is digital, so it's just something uncommon to see. :3

I plan to make an own thread for my WMEs soon, and I will put up art of them on there. It'd be greatly appreciated if those who'd be okay with me using their art in that thread pm'd me cause I won't use any piece without the permission to do so, of course. ^^

I gotta develop all the details of his personality but what I can definitely say is:

Altair is very much freedom loving, has got loads of power and is quite smart. He loves to wander around, not knowing where he'll end up until the evening, just following his inner instincts, staying here and there for a while and leaving when he hears the voice of freedom calling his name. Altair's brave, he's not afraid of fighting if he, his freedom or someone who's important to him is in danger, though he's not one to search for trouble. He does search for adventure, though. The worst thing you can do is try to put pressure on him, try to shorten his freedom, try to have his back to the wall. He'll flip out. Due to his need for freedom, Altair has trouble when it comes to bonding, especially with mares. He wouldn't want to raise an own family or become firm member of a herd yet, simply because he would not like being so dependent. Altair is happy when he knows he can go where ever he wants and whenever he wants to. On his travels through the mountains he often stops by herds, or groups of loners, and often stays with them for a while. Sometimes he also wanders together with another, single loner for some time. If another equid becomes close and important to him, said equid can be sure that even though he will not stay with them forever he'll always be a valuable friend who'll come back for a visit every now and then, usually when they'd expect it the least, and who will always be there if they need help, as if he had a sixth sense for that.
Altair's thoughts must run as free as he does. He loves climbing mountains until he reaches a ledge or, even better, the very top from where he can cast a glance over the surrounding landscape, whilst feeling the harsh wind blowing through his mane.
He is incredibly fast, loves racing and dashing over grassy slopes and rocks, trying to beat his own shadow. His own shadow is in fact the only one who can keep up with him. Also, as the picture I drew for my application probably suggests, he loves the feeling he gets when he takes a good run-up to gather all his power and jumps over logs, rivers, rocks, gorges. It gives him a feeling like he was in fact flying, and he adores that feeling.
I got inspired by this song, I was listening to it while I drew the picture and it also gave me inspiration for his whole personality. It just seemed to fit him, I thought of it when I saw him and couldn't help myself but listen to it. 8-3
