.::Meaning of Name::.
Zona De Guerra means 'War Zone' in Spanish. I choose the combination of words to express Zona's deep passion for her favourite book series, 'Tomorrow When The War Began' and the Tomorrow Series. She is also quite fiery, and enjoys seeing others who attempt to hurt her, in pain themselves, which is why I chose 'War Zone'. Her name is Spanish which is the home of my favourite horse the Lippizzaner. They are so beautiful, and graceful, and were used in War themselves by the Spanish. Zona's Markings remind me of little horses twirling and leaping into the Capriole. So beautiful and amazingly gorgeous. Yet strong and powerful.

Zona is very passionate about her books. She believes that when she reads, she becomes the book, and becomes the characters, feels what the characters feel. If she cannot get into a book, then she will not continue to read it. Zona is very Confident, even though she holds onto a shy side inside. Zona is quiet, until prevoked. Then is when she is considered to become Fiery and quite scary actually. Zona De Guerra hates her people talking to her using her full name. But is fine with different little nicknames which people give to him.

Zona expresses herself through a few minor accessories that she enjoys. She never wishes to be without these few items;
~ 1 feath earing with beautiful greens and lime yellows.
~ A vibrant striped bandana in shades of pink
~ 2 silver hoops around her tail

Zona's colouration involves amazing blues and deep oranges. She has beautiful stripe markings which to myself represent the thousand of pages in a book. The swirls and twirls are like that of twists in plots and changes in the different scenes. The almost humaniod figure on her shoulder slightly camoflagues with her base blue body, which is, to me, the hiding of the characters in her favourite book, Tomorrow When The War Began.

(And I don't want to sound patronizing, but I am including a pronunciation because I just want to have it out there)

Reason for my Name:
I just like the name Drake, I think it is a good name. Its a solid name- it isn't hard to pronounce (DRAY.K) and it doesn't require to much thought and yet it is a somewhat uncommon name- it is not something like 'Xanthia' or some long other languaged name, aimed mainly at sounding impressive. No, Drake is a more humble and small name, but it feels powerful on the tongue, go ahead try it- just say 'Drake' aloud, it works.
Drake can mean dragon, getting its origins from Greek I believe which is ironic no? But I didn't choose Drake because it meant dragon, I just thought you might want to know that as well :3

Why I happened to choose this book?
Well, to me Drake is somewhat of a fairytale animal, she looks like the perfect fairytale, so mystical and cute- she doesn't suit older books like '5O Shades of Grey' Honestly, she is a creature of innocent happiness and I like to keep it that way. So, I chose my favourite fairytale from when I was little- Little Red Riding Hood. So, yes, that is my reason for choosing this particular fairytale/story.

If I can explain, Drake is reading her book in the awkward position she is reading in because she is so into reading that she can't even sit still. The lines are uneven because I like the sort of childish and loose feel to it, I can do more realistic stuff, but I don't really think that it would suit the overall style of JBDs. To her the book comes alive in her mind, ergo the bubble of thought.
