Crimson and Rune are the main suspects with two unintentional accomplices - Flippy and Telos. Crimson stashed away the presents as a joke. unfortunately Rune just happened upon the massive pile of presents and they were perfect for "SCIENTIFIC" experiments. Not sure what really happened, but most of the presents got destroyed in the end. To hid the evidence, Crismon and Rune fed anything still edible to Flippy while any other evidence left was packed into one and only present remaining and stashed unknowingly behind Telos. Aurora actually saw the whole event happen but decided to keep quiet because it was entertaining to watch.

My first thought was everybody but Jystyr had gotten into those presents, everybody but him has some kind of remnants of the presents on them. But with the chaos Jystyr likes to cause, like how he did with the Halloween booths, there's no way he wouldn't have taken part. I think that all of them had a part in it- Jystyr is just skilled in pranks and chaos and was the only one that could get away with no evidence on him. So in conclusion, all of them are guilty. Almost all of them have the evidence to prove it right on them, ribbons, presents, ornaments. And Jystyr was probably the mastermind behind it all!

Though, i think the idea was Crimson's, and the mains were jystyr and telos.

Redacted would be as neutral as possible and lie his way out of the situation with charm. Something wrong? Surely he wouldn’t know a thing about it. Holly would appeal to his undeniable status on the nice list as irrefutable proof that he couldn’t do anything wrong. Juniper might honestly just laugh and plead guilty, not because he did it, but because it would increase his prolific reputation. Talos wouldn’t say anything, but Telos would try to defend them as harshly as possible.
