Prompt: After reading the note, Etch took a piece of paper and some crayons out of his satchel and began to draw himself. He worked very hard on his drawing, hoping to portray himself as best as possible. Many times throughout his process, he thought to himself, "do I look like that?" and would turn his neck around as far as it would go to look at his back markings to try and draw himself as accurately as possible. He laughed at himself while doing this, you would think he would know exactly what he looked like since this is his body... but he HAD to be sure. Once he was satisfied with his drawing, he folded it neatly and watched as it fell slowly down the pit.

Prompt: Hi there! Well, for starters my name is Cypher. I'm a Chicoon whose colors are purple, black, white and yellow. Are any of those your favorite color? I have 2 horns, although one is cracked because of an accident when I was young. I used to be ashamed of it, but now I think I like it being a bit asymmetrical. My ears flop down and are soft to the touch, I really like them. Do you have a favorite thing about yourself? I have long black claws, but I don't fight with them; I don't like hurting others or violence in general. I also have a violet infinity flame. It's my fire that stays by my tail. It matches my iris color! Usually, I'm pretty quiet and introverted, but I feel like I can speak my mind around you. It's really nice. Oh, also! Today Sakura was walking past the pit when she noticed the new note left for everyone. ‘Can you draw me a picture of yourself or describe yourself to me?’ asked the pit. The fact that the pit could see her, even if only slightly, was a little unnerving to her, but it’s been so friendly and just interested in the outside word all this time. A sudden scream nearby startled Sakura back to reality. A chicoon was letting out their daily scream into the pit, it was almost melodic. She retreated from the edge and pulled out some paper to draw on…

She gently folds it into a box, ties it secure, then tosses it down into the pit. It quickly sinks out of view. She stares after it for a minute before giving her loudest clap possible, as she is unable to vocalize, and hopes the pit will understand
