Your entry, kal, and username are like the perfect combination for this comp, and I couldn't stop thinking about how perfectly it worked out oh my gosh haha. Your drawing is so cute, the expressions and body language are on point and I love the thick lines! You can really sense the personality that you wrote about in the extra within the drawing. Congrats on Edan, I hope you enjoy him <3

Now, for the other entries, since it was super hard to choose and you all deserve praise for your hard work!

- Knickknacks, a bagel shop is such a fun and cute idea! The sketch is adorable, I love the attention to detail and his sweet expression <3 The slight use of pencil to draw in the markings really adds a bit of dimension and it's really nice!
- nermal1999, I love how you described the scones, it really makes my mouth water! The drawing is so cute too, you really accentuated his fluffiness! The name you chose is also a big favorite.
-imperials, Your drawing is positively adorable, that sweet little smile and confident pose is so nice and the piece has a strong silhouette! I especially love the way you lined and drew in the fur plus the shading filter over it, it looks so good!
-RussiannLucifer, the star shaped pupils and little mouth is so cute, your drawing is so expressive and really shows his joy and I really love the little winky face in the extra! I also really love the name Alaska!
-SilentMelody, I adore how you described her relationship to the shortcake and showed how important it is to her, and the character description you portrayed is very realistic and not knowing what path to take in life is very relatable to me. I enjoy that you focused on character building!
-fruitvale, I love how you made him interact with another character, it really reveals a lot about his personality and it's such a cute idea for how a friendship would start. The sketch extra is also very well drawn, I especially like the hair!
-【Ｗｉｌｄｆｉｒｅ】, I adore animal shaped rolls like that, they give me nostalgia and it's a really cute idea for the prompt. The drawing turned out so nice, you nailed the bread texture especially on the face and I also like the added detail of the character lacking the right words, it leaves room for interesting scenarios!
-tremolite, Bailey sounds like a sweet guy! I like that you incorporated nostalgia into his reason for choosing that as his favorite!
-saralaxy, You really convey his passion for the pastry well in your drawing, the expression is on point and you can tell he's really wild for them! I also like the detail in your description of him eating berries with it, it just really adds that extra something.
-Broccoli_Bento, I love your writing style, I can really sense a distinct voice in it! It tells a lot about the character and I really enjoy how you incorporated the diversity of the pastry. Your sketch is amazing too, the lines flow so well, especially the fur!
