"Oh man, I'm way late, aren't I?" Sievy laughed, bursting through the door with a cloud of smoke in his wake.

Aster plucked the cigarette from his mouth.

"Hey!"

"Not inside," she scolded firmly, putting it out and tossing it aside. Sievy watched with puppydog eyes. "You can grab it on the way out. Where were you?"

"Ah, man, I'm super sorry. I was working on this wicked tattoo and I totally lost track of time. I had the costume on the whole time and all, I swear I was prepared."

Aster's look only grew more skeptical. "Isn't it part of your job to make sure you're on a schedule?"

"Oh, well, yeah, see here's the thing. I was just gonna do part today, but then when I really got rolling with it I got super into it and totally bugged out. You know how it is," he winked. She rolled her eyes.

"Everybody's crashing, you should've been here hours ago."

"Whoa whoa, then let's liven things up!" Sievy laughed, adjusting his rather impressive zombie costume. Aster had to admit, he did come prepared, even if he was over two hours late.

"Yeah, so like I was saying, I couldn't stop at just darks. And then I got so close with the colors I figured why the hell not finish tonight?"

"Your client was okay with that?" Aster challenged.

Sievy cracked up. "Of course, man!" He rolled up his pant leg.

"Oh my God... You're an idiot. It's yours?"

Personality (max 100 words): He seems stand-offish and rude, but in reality is a very soft soul. Kári is very nervous/jumpy and puts on a tough exterior in order to keep his fragile heart safe, but he is relearning how to be soft and kind how he once was. He has insomnia, loves caffeine, horror movies, plants, and rain. Kári grows a small garden in his room with some of his favorite plants/succulents (he names them) and one day hopes to have a garden all of his own to take care of. (Nature is the only thing that helps with his anxiety.)

Matt sighed. Boy, was he late! But why he was late? Well.. on his way to the party.. he saw a cat. Yeah, a cat. And guess who just couldn't help himself? Of course he had to spend 10 minutes playing with it. Thank goodness he had seen it in his backyard, where no one else could see such a cold statue of a person lying on the ground purring with a kitten!
But.. what was his excuse.. ? oh no. Matt knew the two things he couldn't do; let others know he was late because of a cat, and lie. yeah maybe bend the truth a bit? but he couldn't entirely lie! He'd feel bad. So, when he arrived, he bent it; like, a lot.
He ended up telling the host he saw a huge wolf in his yard! Man, and did he express how he just had to feed it and howl with it! All that raw meat he had put out and even decided to eat some with it! Ew.. but, hey! it was better telling the host he was rolling the grass with a kitten! at least, to him he found it better.
It was a pretty cool excuse! Or at least.. he thinks it was. Right?

Liad sighed as he apologized to his latest girlfriend, a strikingly beautiful blonde wearing a witch costume. She shook her head, disappointed, and walked back into the crowd, lost amongst the array of people and costumes. He felt a rough pat on the shoulder and turned around, seeing his good friend Rho behind him.

"It's okay, buddy, I saw what you did out there. Thinking you're a sly dog, huh?" Rho said, grinning.

Putting on a puzzled expression, Liad tilted his head. "What do you mean, you saw what I did?" He had hoped that Rho saw absolutely nothing and was just messing with him.

"Ya know, you saving that kid from that nasty bike crash. Dunno why a kid would be outside this late at night, but hey, whatever."

Embarrassed, Liad glanced at his feet, unsure of what to say. Rho laughed, "Why didn't ya tell her? Your girl, I mean. You too proud for that or somethin'?"

Shaking his head, Liad sighed. "Okay, maybe that. Can't have everyone knowing what a softie I am, right? Whatever, let's get partyin'."

Personality (max 100 words): Junzo is the king of hooky and the clown prince. Everyone knows his name especially after the enigmatic message he sprayed on sidewalks all over town. He has that carefree persona that makes him so alluring but he quickly becomes forgetful, lazy and careless. Slightly arrogant, few can stand him but few can bear without his presence. But above all, Junzo's a mystery.

"I was getting another piercing and guess what, my preferred piercer was on maternity leave. So I was all like, 'That's fine. I just want another piercing.' So they got this other kid, he looked pretty young and we went over all the paperwork stuff and the payment. Now comes the time he has to actually pierce my ear. Its all wiped and then I look at this kid and he's trembling. Like seriously? You signed up for this job. I sat there for another 10 minutes until I decided to get the manager. I was all like, 'The piercer person won't pierce my ears' and the manager was all 'Ok, let me get another one.' But guess what? There was no one else. So, I had to sit there and wait for this kid, who's at least 5 years younger than me to be prepared. All the time, I was just thinking how boring this was. Finally, he decided to do it and I guess he did it ok. By then, it was pretty late and I still had to swing by my house to get some stuff. Anyways, here's some chips. And no, I didn't make up this story to cover for my laziness. And no, that chip bag wasn't opened beforehand."
