---- and Emil decided to go as a magician and a white rabbit coming out of a hat this year for Halloween! Being the best of friends, the two decided on a paired costume. ---- is a sucker for magic tricks and pranks, and thus coerced Emil into dressing up as such, since he wouldn't go for the more traditional, 'scary', costumes. Emil isn't that big a fan of Halloween, and all the scares it entails, but for his best friend, he's willing to suck it up and go out into the dark to make her happy.

halloween costumes description/art: Salem, despite being classy in most of his ways, wants to be an assassin for Halloween. The costume would be tight, made of faux black leather. There would be so many zippers and buttons and studs, and his wrists would be wrapped in strips of the same leather, except woven in with strips of red silk. On his back paws, he would wear large, clunky black boots, that would go up to the knee. They would lace up all the way to the knee, and would be light but thick and protective. On his chest,there would be pockets full of fake explosives, knives and litttle things like throwing stars. Around his fragile hips would hang a belts, wrapped tightly around his sides sereval times. Small pistols and lives would hang off of it, although descreet. A loose black cloth would cover his mouth, tied behind his head. In his paw, he would carry a large, complicated gun, too large to hang on any belt. An ammo belt would be flung over one shoulder for easy access to bullets, should he need hem. Every little bit of metal, such as buttons, buckles, and zippers, would be bright silver, and little accents of red would be everywhere, such as little stripes along the edges of the pockets and strips of red cloth woven into the belt and shoes (red shoelaces in with his black ones).
Margot plans on being a steampunk chick. The entire piece would be an extremely tight dress, the color of rusted blood. On her head, she would wear a brown silk top hat, with silver aviator goggles strapped around it. The top of her dress is wrapped in a tight, brown leather corset, with lines of bright, golden buttons down the front. Thin golden chains hang between the buttons across from one another. There is a single pocket in the left side of the corset, in which a golden pocket watch resides. Brown leather shoulder pads wrap around the shoulders and, on the outside of the upper part of the arm, extend to the elbow. The front of the skirt of the dresss hangs down to her knees, and the back hangs to her calves. Coal black lace in intricate, lovely, Victorian patterns fills the skirt of the dress, falling an inch below the bottom of the actual dress fabric, proofing out the skirt a bit. On her feet, she also wears boots that reach up to the middle of her calves, made of the same brown leather that forms the corset and shoulder pads. Black laces tie up the front of them, although for easy take off or put on, they have descreet zippers down the sides, painted brown so that they are harder to notice. Her hands and wrists are covered with brown leather fingerless gloves that go halfway up her forearm. The same black lace that is beneath the dress covers the gloves, and there are gold studs down the sides of the gloves, which fall on the edges of Margot's wrists. The exact same lace forms a choker necklace, off of which golden chains hang, strung from gold stud to gold stud that are tied into the lace. At the center of the choker, a charm of a gold watch hangs down to her collarbone. If a makeup kit is purchased, a gold and bronze gear symbol can be painted beside one eye.

mAether has always been the leader of the pack, the

me kalons for not liking him because of who he hung

mEven though Aether might seem a bit too old for Hallow
meen {or at least puts of the attitude that he is}, he still l
moves dressing up and heading out to see other peoples c
mostumes. This years costume was designed my Marshall h
mimself, although Aether definitely had his say in it. Afte
mr much thought, Aether decided that this year he would
mbe dressing as a fairy. Marshall, of course, laughed at th
me thought at first. A 'tough guy' like Aether going out dr
messed as a pretty pink fairy? It didn't take Aether long to
mcorrect him. Of course he wouldn't be going out as a pin
mk fairy. He'd be going out in black and lilac with a flowe
mr crown to match. It didn't take long after that for Marsh
mall to start work on Aether's fairy outfit, sewing together
mlayers upon layers of black and lilac gossamer, attaching
mflowers to an old black veil he had and adding little flow
mers here and there to the dress. Once it was done, Aether
mtried it on immediately. And he loved it. It was absolutel
my perfect in every way, and Aether thanked Marshall a th
mousand times over for all of his hard work.

mEvery single day of his life, Marshall has been the kalon
mwho sat in the back of the classroom, was always picke
md last for sports and never really made any friends. He's
mstruggled largely with his identity for the past few year
ms and with finding other kalons who happily accept him
mas he is. Not many kalons ever liked him - always saying
mthat he was too quiet or weird. Although it took him aw
mhile, he eventually found a friend in Aether. Aether was
mnever bothered by how quiet Marshall could be, or why
mhe was so 'weird'. Even though other kalons don't really
mlike him or Aether all that much, they like each other j

mAt first, Marshall was a bit iffy on whether or not he would
mdress up. I mean, wasn't he getting a little too old for that?
mEven still, Aether convinced him pretty quickly to go out a
mll dressed up with him. It actually seemed like a pretty fun
midea to Marshall. I mean, he would get to go out in a cool c
mostume with his best friend, after all. He wasn't really sure
mright away waht he wanted to be. There were just so many
mchoices, after all. Decision making was no fun for Marshall,
mbut he was going to make this decision, even if it killed hi
mm! Ah! That was it! He would go as a zombie! Marshall had
malways liked 'zombie culture' and was a fan of the more su
mpernatural side of Halloween. He got to work on a costume
m{after he had completed Aether's, of course} by getting out
ma few older clothes and ripping them up a bit. He knew tha
mt most of the work would be done with effects makeup, so
mhe started to find a few tutorials for that. Once all of his cl
mothes were done, he made sure to check and re-check that
mhis whole effects makeup technique was good, and then he
mwas ready - and he couldn't have been more pleased with th
me result. He managed to spook plenty of the other kalons h
me saw, no problem!

Nylon just loves to wear cute things for Halloween, even if Xene hates it since its suppose to be a night for fright! This Halloween Nylon is going as the cute little Tweety bird from loony toons. She wears a yellow shirt that's just slightly saggy in the front for effect. Along with that she wears brown shorts, yellow leggings, brown boots, and a cute yellow feathered tail over her own. To add she also has a pair of goggles. For Xene though, he of course had to go with being Jason the killer for Halloween. The standard killers ski mask, brown trench coat, and fake knife with blood was all he needed of course. That is, to scare the living heck out of Nylon for 'annoying' him and yelling "I DID I DID! I DID TEE A PUTTITAD!". Xene is quite.... Enthusiastic... about Halloween.

halloween costumes description:
Finch would be wearing the same costume he's been wearing
since he was a baby - A soft, pastel green monster with small,
baby blue horns. Of course it wasn't the same one, but
remade over the years. However, Each year he'd change the
eye colour on the costume. This year he had made it pink. Not
the really light shade of pink nor the eye blinding one, just
in between.

Jason would be going as a lion. With a baseball bat. He always
wanted more candy after halloween ended, So he wanted to
dress up something 'cute' but scary enough for kids to drop their
candy so he could steal it. The costume obviously replicated
Simba, aside from the many seams that had ripped and bits
of fluff sticking out of it. On top of it he wore a black jacket,
which you could see hadn't completely dried yet from the washing
machine. And lastly, the baseball-bat was silver, almost metallic
with poorly painted on blood. It was very obvious this was probably
made and thought up with the day before halloween.

halloween costumes description/art:
Illia and Pop weren't sure what to go as this year on their own, so they consulted each other. They've known each other since they were very young, and are currently in a platonic relationship, though it may go further in the future. But back to the topic at hand. Illia recommended Pop a stunning costume- a gauzy gown of forest greens with amber-colored accents and beads. The costume was made of soft materials and came with silky orange fingerless gloves- for all her four limbs! A headdress of golden colors sat upon her forehead, and beads were laced into her tail and hair. It even came with stud earrings, which she pierced her ears for. And lastly, as a final touch, she carried around a scepter during the night of Hallows Eve as the Forest Queen. Illia took Pop's suggestion, which was a dark, sleeveless robe with transparent amber fingerless gloves, and wings that went from their regular, icy blue to the deepest colors of the sunset. A golden plague doctor's mask was strapped to their face, with elegant patterns of mauve and crimson dancing across its surface. As their finishing touch, they carried about an ornate golden scythe that was wickedly sharp and yet maddeningly beautiful. They went as Day's End, harvesting souls and protecting their Queen. Or at least, that is what they would like you to think.

halloween costumes description/art: Moria decided she wants to be a hot dog! She will have a sign around her neck that says "I'm a weiner" (Courtesy of Dax). Dax, on the other hand, will be Lieutenant Dax from Star Trek; Deep Space Nine, his namesake. The two's costumes have nothing to do with each other, yet they look adorable together.

The two are mates. They grew up together as kits and they just clicked. As they got older, they grew more into each other and eventually, Dax asked Moria out in a very romantic, nerdy way. On Halloween night, 3 years ago. The two plan to get married in about 2 months ("1 month and 17 days!" *Moria chimes in*). The inseparable couple never leave the others' side. They're always there for each other, through the bumpy roads and the smooth seas. That is true love.
