It's okay. We all go through pain. Everyone struggles. But, we all get better, as long as we don't give up. Watch a show you liked when you were little, cuddle with something soft. Eat your favourite food, take a shower, wash your hands, wash your hair. Brush your teeth. Until you feel safe, until you feel clean. Take care of yourself, be with people who you care about, who care for you. Eat something, drink something. And remember, if you need to cry and vent, it'll only help.

I've had a bad day...what do you say to me or do for me to make me feel better?:; ((96 words)) somewhere out there a new baby is being born, and another person is having the best day of their life and being officially free from cancer, etc. Those days might not be for you right now, but they will be soon!! Also don't forget the amount of dogs you've seen in a day (or whatever animal you like or whatever makes you happy!!) and that you can basically eat ice cream and pizza in an infinite amount of ways. There's always good, its just hard to find, and when you find it you don't let go.
