I have a quick question if it's no bother! Does the minor hair growth gel allow you to change pre existing hair as long as the changes are below the chin? Or do you have to start with a blank slate?

No, it doesn't allow you to change it, it adds hair to a wolf with no hair. quq The "hair style comb" from the regular shop allows you to change the hair, however. ;o;
