☸ Who are you? ☸
Personality wise Sarni is fairly mild. He is meek and quiet, and does not socialize often with his fellow JBD's. This is not because of some horrid past or terrible event that happened to him in his youth, it is merely because Sarni is a bit socially awkward.
Sarni prefers instead to 'commune with nature' and he often practices the art of horticulture, or the art of raising and cultivating plants. He finds the beauty found in all plants, more so that of flowers, unmatchable by anything else.
It is because of this, he has always aspired to be like the flowers, and sadly he does not view himself, nor any other JBD as beautiful. It would take a very special JBD to ever stir his heart strings, and because of this he has no need nor want to breed.

I am Horneddragon, I'm quite new to the JBD scene, and Sarni here is the 2nd JBD I've ever applied for, and the only JBD I have written a form for. The first was just a simple guess a number contest. when I first found the JBD species I passed over them, because I never had the time to sit down and write out a form for one. But now that I've hit the next stage in my life, I have just enough time to sit down and forge a form.
Why am I applying for this bean?
Well, I found him kind of by chance, I'm a new artist for a different species here on the oekaki, and I had just posted a new adopt and got thrown onto the created pets board. It had been slow for a while and I was surprised to find a JBD i'd never seen staring me in the face. I can't sad I fell in love instantly, but i was filled with that selfish want that all first time adopters has. So naturally I filled out a crappy form, complete with one lingers and one piece of rushed art. Then i preceded to carry on with my night. I didn't really expect much in the morning, and when I woke up I had found he was surprisingly unadopted. I looked over him once more, did another adopt and decided to come back and dwell on thsi thread. Now I know myself that no artist nor old owner wants an old character to go to someone who would not care for it and develop it, and I debated if I truly wanted him and would work with and on him. It took me a little while and finally I settled on it. Yes I did want to give this JBD a forever home, I wanted to work with him and cherish him, though i'm so new to this whole scene I felt like I could make him great and possibly make him something more than just a character.
He'd be my first bean, and probably my only bean for a while, I'd love him to death if i was lucky enough to get him. See I know a lot of people apply for JBD's daily and i know a lot of people here would also love to have him, heck some may even want him more than me right now. But I can personally guarantee that if I was graced with being able to have this JBD as my first, and possibly my only JBD ever, he would not only have a permanent home till the day CS dies out and is taken down, but also a companion.

A Rose by any-other name is just as sweet, yet when I look around all I see are THORNS ☸

Some may confuse Sarni's love of flowers as a brooding hate of everything, but this is not true.
Sarni is just so blinded by the beauty and love of plante in general that he cant see past the rose in front of his face.
"One day I will find her, my flower."
This is the only inclination that Sarni has ever given that he would one day like to have a mate. His odd asexual nature when it comes to breeding is more or less from a disinterest in in the females of his species. He spends far too long stopping to smell the roses and gazing into the eyes of pansies to really pay attention to him. No truthfully a female bean would have to be quite spectacular to turn Sarni's eyes from the blooms he loves so dearly.

Sarni is just like every other bean, he sleeps, he eats, he poos; But he is also a bit unique.
