I promised to judge it yesterday, but something came in between and I had to move it to the next day without any notice. D:

But I have judged, finally! And I have to say...it was my hardest judging yet. ^-^
So many awesome forms and just one person can win. I never had so many completed forms yet.

Still, I had to choose one winner. There is another thing though. For the first time, there will be a runner up. Two even. I've never done runner-ups before, so I hope I won't mess them up. x3
