P.S. I like deep snow (so that's the positive)

My boots are in mud

I always find mud below frozen grass.

The roof comes right down

Every time, my toes become numb... And feel like cotton balls (scary and unpleasant, believe me)

The leaves have fallen

Exposing life beneath it
The world wakes once more

Clouds obscure the sun

My breath frozen in the air

Sleigh bells are singing

I have never been good at any type of poetry, so I doubt I'll win the mare, but it was fun nonetheless!

Yup, so these aren't exactly amazing...that's ok. They tell the story of two Equids in the snow, enjoying the peace of their wintry world.
