choose the rpw you wish to use it on and either you, or an artist can add hair to your rpw. Just pm the artist and ask them to add the hair and say you have the gel to use and they'll add hair <3

depends on what item. for growth gels and edit potions you just choose one of your own rpws to use those items on and add the edit yourself, or ask the artist the add the certain edit as long as you have the item.

for breeding items you use them as you submit a nursery form. There's usually a section on the form titled 'items' and thats usually where you place 'edit potion' or 'tellers scroll' xD
if its an nursery item that allows the passing of two or less traits of choice, you just place in the nursery form what inherited traits you want the pup to have.
