Maverick had a difficult childhood growing up in bad places. Maverick went to the shelter to adopt his first dog, “What’s that?” he asked looking down at the back of the kennels. “Sorry, that dog is not available.” The kennel manager answered. Maverick caught saw the label which read “Aggressive” in bold letters. The dog was not aggressive at all, it was whimpering in the back of the crate. When Maverick’s eyes met the dog, he knew that was the one he wanted It reminded him of how he was as a kid, scared. “I want that one.” Maverick said.

Maddox absolutely loves Cursinus for their „scary dog“ vibes towards outsiders and their extremely loyal and cuddly personality with their owners. He also enjoys being able to go on walks and have „scary dog privilege“ with no one daring to approach them. (Although that might be his own aura rather than the dogs, but don’t tell him that)
