I do not have enough words to describe you,
Yet I will do my best to describe your image true.
When I saw you across the room like a work of art,
I had to tell myself, be still my bleeding heart.
Alas, it was in vain as I wrote scripts,
envisioning the wonder of your tulips.

It was a great fortune that you noticed me too,
and approached me first out of the blue.
Your passion and wit rose above any of my rampart,
my only regret was that we had to later depart.
In the coming days, it was a joy when our worlds ellipse,
in all of the cosmos, it was fate when we could eclipse.

I love looking back on the way we both grew,
even in our darkest moments you never withdrew.
When I envision the future, you always have a part,
endlessly, I would pick you if we had to restart.
You are iris-istible even during your lowest dips,
for my heart, you would win all the championships.
