What Do They Do To Prepare for Halloween?

Teddy huffed as he shoved the last bag of candy up onto the shelf. After he made sure it wouldn’t fall, he turned to Captain with his hands on his hips.

“Do we really need all this candy Cap? I mean—“ Teddy placed his finger up to his cheek as he does when he is thinking hard about something. “Isn’t 125 bags a little too much?”

“Keep ya’ mouth zipped Ted, this is going to be the best Halloween them kids have ever seen,” Captain shirked at him, very clearly offended at his lack of motivation. Teddy picked up his keys off the wooden table covered in fake cobwebs as Captain stepped back to admire their hard work. Teddy had to agree, this place could of passed for a haunted old building.

“Well, I suppose I will see you tomorrow. Those kids aren’t going to scare themselves,” Teddy said to Captain as he placed his hand on the door. Captain gave him a nod as she slipped some plastic wings over a plastic fairy’s shoulders.

Teddy’s body had a wave of excitement just at the thought of tomorrow.

What do they do to prepare for halloween?:

There are two ways that Spindle will do to prepare for Halloween.

The first is that through the year he'll store up a closet full of candy so that he'll have enough for all his trick or treaters.

And when I say a closet full I mean a closet full
So, from the floor all the way to the ceiling he has candy stored up for all the precious children.

The second thing he will do to prepare is that he'll practice hanging from the ceiling just like a bat so come Halloween he can dress in a black cap and dangle from his roof with a bowl
full of candy for the kids.

For him he just like to try and make Halloween as sweet and safe feeling as he can so that no kids become scared from the creepy decorations to the creepy costumes.

Though Spindle isn't a fan of the creepy/dark side of Halloween He does like to dress up and give kids a little sweet gift of kindness. And to see the way their faces light up when they see the treats that he gave them is enough to light up the rest of his night

What do they do to prepare for halloween?:
vilmer had never been one to live in more populated areas; all his life he's lived out in much more rural areas where he has lots of land to grow his crops. his most prized plot of land however, is probably his cornfield. every year, he makes a whole new path thru the field, a maze of sorts.. where kals can visit and try to find their way thru the creepy maze, leading to a wonderful surprise at the end; a huge party with all sorts of candy for everyone to enjoy! shat do they do to prepare for halloween?: zuzu is an artist, and a good one at that. for every day of october he does a new look with special effects makeup. he's been dressing up in costumes since he was a little kalon, and has been playing with liquid latex and face paint for years. he has an assortment of wigs and such for the occasion - just yesterday he was one of the witches from hocus pocus, humming the tune of "come little children" as he buttoned on the black robes. the first day of the month he whipped out the hairspray and was david bowie in the labyrinth. he starts off with the more casual looks, and as it grows closer to halloween, the fun comes out. he plans to do pennywise, a vampire, an evil kind of mermaid, and is working out how he'll master the headless horseman. zuzu always goes over the top for halloween day, he hasn't decided what glorious costume he'll be recreating this year, but you can bet it'll be dramatic and beautifully detailed. he loves every second of it, and halloween is by far his favorite holiday. //186 words

Orion has a huge sweet tooth. He buys all the pumpkin spice flavored anything and spiced apple cider drinks he can. He also loves to get super creative with his baking this time of year! He does everything from kid friendly spooky treats to frightening works of art.

What do they do to prepare for halloween?:

“Hello, friends,” Eden said gently, easing the top of the hive open. The busy hum of her bees seemed almost welcoming as she reached slowly inside, using a small smoker to wreath the hive in light, sweet-smelling clouds. She’d read online that lavender smoke could help to calm bees- not to mention, it had a pleasing smell to people as well- so every Halloween night she visited her bees to calm them down with the light smoke. They mostly kept to themselves at night, and their hive was situated well away from her front door, but Eden wanted both her bees and her trick-or-treating visitors to feel safe tonight.
After visiting her bees, Eden gets to work, setting up a fantastic array of honey candies, made from the combs of her own hive. Hard candies shaped like pumpkins and bats, finely drizzled spiderweb pops, pouches of pure honey with shining black edible glitter- these were the treats Eden was famous for within her neighborhood, and in the days preceding Halloween she was busy creating dozens of the old favorites, as well as experimenting with new techniques. And taking liberal amounts of ‘taste tests’ as well- for research purposes, of course.

What do they do to prepare for halloween?:
Vegas watched as his little brother grabbed the pumpkin he wanted between his paws. They had always painted pumpkins for Halloween, that way the pumpkins lasted longer.

"Can we paint this one Veggie?" His baby brother asked excitedly.

Vegas nodded setting down the paints for his brother to use. The two grabbed their colors and got to work. His brother painted a lopsided "scary face" on his pumpkin. Vegas painted a Halloween scene. The centerpiece was a grand oak tree surrounded my autumn leaves with pumpkins, and near the pumpkins were some cats.

"It looks so good!" His little brother cheered.

"I'm glad you like it." Vegas smiled.

The two hopped off their chairs and quickly washed their paws before going to watch Halloween movie while they waited for the pumpkins to dry.


"Do you think people will like them?" Vegas' little brother asked as they carried the pumpkins.

"Who wouldn't?" Vegas asked while smiling at his little brother.

The two set down the pumpkins and stepped back to look at their creations.

"I love it!" Vegas said to his brother.

"Me too." His little brother agreed.

The two smiled at each other and went back inside, excited for Halloween.
