first question: for that, you would roll the dice for 1 or 2 kittens, and then double the number to where each of you get one or two
second question: only 5% of unrealistic markings will be passed down

so if we rolled the dice, and got 1 kitten, we would instead make 2? and if we got 3 kittens would we make 4?

no. roll the dice for 1 or two, and then whatever number you get, that's how many you both get, meaning that just double the number that you roll
if you roll one, you make two and each take one
if you roll two, you make four and each take two

no. if you ask another artist, it doesn't count. it's basically like you're just an adopter
