Username: MistyWavez
Name: Dyllon
Gender: Bull
Personality:
Dyllon is mostly a reserved bull that would rather be in a field of flowers relaxing than fighting other bulls like him. He use to get teased about it a lot, but after a while he started to ignore it and do as he pleased. His favorite spots to relax at during the day are under large trees, which is where you’ll most likely find him at. When he’s not relaxing though, he can usually be found helping others out around the barn. Even though he doesn’t have many friends, he still tries to help the others out around the barn when he can, even if they aren’t too fond of him. With the few friends he does have though, he would practically do anything for them. He cherishes his few friendships highly, and would drop anything he was doing just to go and help them out.
What words or phrases do they overuse?:
Dyllon tends to not speak very proper like, to say the least. He tends to use more country like talk than anything else. Due to this, he tends to say words incorrectly, like changing the word 'potatoes' to 'taters'. There are several different words he says differently other than that one, but the words he uses the most surprisingly are 'dude', 'like', or the one he likes to use the most, 'why'. With the word 'why' he tends to say randomly during different situations, which has reacted some of his friends to get annoyed with it after a while. Oh well, can't please everyone right?
Do they have a catchphrase?
"You never know unless you try!" Which is usually said when trying to urge his friends to try new foods, or trying new things.
Are they more optimistic or pessimistic?
Despite what others think of him, Dyllon prefers to look on the optimistic side of things, and often tries to keep a pep in his step.
Are they introverted or extroverted?
Dyllon is mostly extroverted, but due to others teasing him occasionally it can be hard for him sometimes to find other cows to hang out with.
What bad habits do they have?
Dyllon's main bad habit is sleeping in late, which he tends to argue with if it's brought up. Another one of his bad habits is talking in country like speak, even though it really isn't a bad habit to him, it's mostly considered one to the more proper cows around him. The least likely one would have to be talking a tad too much, and not letting the other person speak often. He doesn't get to speak often to other cows, so when he does get the chance he tends to chat a bit too much.
How do they see themselves?
Dyllon tends to see himself as the odd one out, not doing the other things that every other bull does. Occasionally he'll dwell on this topic to much, and might spend the day lazing out in the fields for a while. They don't last for very long though, so once it's over he tries to be optimistic about it and forget about it.
How are they seen by others?
To others, Dyllon is mostly seen as the odd one of the group. His country talk is considered odd, since not many others speak like that there. Another odd thing is how he never really has acted like any of the other bulls. He's more helpful than anything, but even then the others around him are very hesitant to accept the offer for help. The only ones that don't see him like this are his friends, who actually gave him a chance unlike the others. His friends view him as an optimistic bull, that probably wouldn't ever harm a fly. He is considered a bit talkative, but otherwise than that his friends enjoy his company, as long as he isn't trying to joke randomly.
Strongest character trait?
Dyllon's strongest character trait is his stubbornness, which is more or less used in a more kind and friendly way than anything else. He's very insistent on helping the others around him that he knows needs his help, even if they don't accept his offer. Even if they won't let them help them, he still tries his best to help the others around him despite some of them putting him down for it.
Weakest character trait?
Dyllon's weakest character trait is his self-doubt, which usually pops up when the others push him away from their group, or if a friend leaves him. Sometimes it's worse than other times when it happens, but when it does he just takes a breather away from other cows until he thinks he's okay. He doesn't like to talk about it with anybody else, so not really anyone but him knows about it.
How do they display affection?
Usually at first it can be hard for Dyllon to show affection, since not many cows have shown him any at all. At first he usually tends to talk a lot at first, which once he realizes he apologizes since he doesn't mean to do it on purpose. Once he builds up the courage though, he'll start bringing them gifts such as flowers from the fields he stays at often, or even a nice apple or carrot. After that phase, he then starts showing them the fields he visits often and all the best places he knows to find grass and flowers. Over all, this all continues throughout, happening with both any of his friends, or even a cow he genuinely likes.
If they could change one thing about themselves, what would it be?
Dyllon doesn't like to think about what he would change about himself often, but he knows deep down that he wishes he could just be like the other bulls around him so he wasn't seen as odd anymore.
What is their obsession?
Dyllon's obsession is mostly the different kinds of flowers he finds in the fields he visits. He loves looking at all the different kinds, and trying to learn which ones are which. His favorite flowers at the moment are roses, which grow in a field he often stays at most of the time. When he was just a calf though, his favorite flowers use to be violets that grew outside the barn he lived at with his mother.
What are their pet peeves?
Dyllon doesn't have many pet peeves, but one of his main ones are when other cows step on flowers without looking. Flowers are important to the environment and are pretty, why would they step on them? It's often a concept Dyllon doesn't understand entirely. Another one he doesn't like to admit is when others try and speak like him in 'country' like talk. It often sounds more like mocking his voice than anything else, which gets on his nerves occasionally. He tries his best to not let any of this show though, since he tries to be more bright and optimistic about things.
