how are they related to plants?: Ever since Jasmine could remember, her grandmother had had a beautiful garden with every flower and plant that she could imagine. It was a large part of her childhood, making faerie gardens, playing around in it, and helping her grandmother water and plant them. Every birthday, Jasmine would get a new flower to add to her family's own garden, given to her by her Grandma. Her parents would also help her plant them when she was very little, but now that she's older she can do it herself. To this day she continues to get flowers as gifts (and it's not just her grandmother anymore- her friends and other family members as well!). Her room is practically a greenhouse, and she has many books where she keeps pressed flowers and leaves, different perfumes that she researched how to make with her flowers or bought, as well as many wildlife-themed things. Jasmine also has a special place in her yard dedicated to growing fresh fruit and vegetables for her family to eat, having enough left over to give to those need them.
