x・20 g tapioca starch ( for more crunchiness )
x・40 g cane sugar
x・50 g oil
x・20 g coconut milk
x・1 tbsp earl grey leaves
x・1 tsp vanilla extract
x・1/2 tsp baking powder

a young & budding bakery shop owner, yiling's always finding ways to
improve her recipes and perfect her little creations. most of the tim
e, you'll find her in the kitchen, hands covered in flour, trying to co

she's always giving her all into her pastries; each of her delights have
been meticulously crafted & perfected down to every last detail bef
ore serving. after several trials of testing and sampling, the results of
her finished pastry are both rewarding and delicious. along with the
hard work, you can always taste bits of yiling's personality here and
there in her baked goods.

her favorite recipe however, out of all the things shes made, are earl
grey cookies. although its a rather simple recipe, yiling finds beauty
and authenticity in its design and creation. everything, from its crispy
and firm texture to the the subtle essence of earl grey mixed in with
the lingering sweetness of the cookie, has her falling in love with the
m. she usually enjoys them along with a cup of tea and a book.
