Scarf: The base color of Aurora's scarf is the beautiful deep, dark blue color of the night sky, almost matching her outer iris ring. Tiny stars and a few snowflakes are splattered across the soft material, and then a wave of bright purple, blue, and green colors matching the Aurora Borealis spreads across it.
Extra: The night was deafening with the roar of the frigid winds around the forest that now appeared be more alike a tundra. A young Viscet sprints through the blizzard, shivering. Her feet burning with frostbite as cold tears run down her face. Her mother had just perished due to a deadly disease behind her, and little Aurora has to find her way back home before she freezes. And with no protection from the dangerous cold, that would be soon.
On the way, Aurora ran into another Viscet, only slightly older than her. He, too, was alone, but wrapped himself with warm scarves and other items. Seeing the young Viscet freezing, lost in the middle of the forest, he stopped her and offered one of his scarves, that perfectly matched her shimmering blue eyes. Aurora, who was frightened at first, thankfully took the long scarf with a beautiful Northern Lights print. The male Viscet, Vitis, helped her find her way around the forest and got her back home to her family, safe and sound.

Caldwell sat in his living room, a warm blanket sprawled over his lap and his red scarf draped around his shoulders, his face buried into the material for warmth. It felt drafty, and he closed his eyes and tried to enjoy the fireplace as best as he could. He hummed to himself for a little while, and his brow knit together as his head began to pound, the world was already leaning as it was, and he was just trying to keep himself occupied to ignore the cold chills and sweat. The heater was on, but he could barely feel it, slouching further into the couch, he dug his paws into his scarf and breathed deep to keep fluid from building in his lungs, holding it, he let his lungs ache for a little while, hungry for air. As soon as he released his shaky breath, a hefty cough rattled through him and he groaned in agony.

His body just so easily caught sickness, and the drop in temperature as of late had not helped him one bit. He was thankful to live alone for fear of anyone else catching it, but he knew it was a lost cause, because his friends came to check on him in rotations, especially since his fever wasn't breaking, and stayed consistent at 38.3°C(101°F).

"Are you sure you'll be alright?" They said, "This isn't the best idea for you during this time of season." They had warned.

"I'm fine!" He had replied, "Gotta live a little am I right?" He had assured!

Foolish!

Winter hated him, yet he still wanted to ride down it's glorious slopes of glistening ice droplets so white they shown blue. He couldn't help but love it, and it pained him how unrequited it was.


Just a brief note: I'll change the scarf design to whatever is chosen and the winner may use it :3
