I loved the development and the character you put together for Rue. As I was reading your form, I could really get a good picture/idea of just who she was, and the quirks and little interesting tidbits were fun to read about. The layout was also quite simple, neat and easy to read, and the art was adorable and showed a lot of character.
The relationships were also really well put together. Although they were short and to the point, I could easily imagine how she'd go about reacting or talking to all her friends and family.

Overall, I really loved Rue's character and am very excited to welcome her into the family.


This decision was really hard to make though, with some amazing forms and cute ideas.
However, there can only be one winner (as I'm not planning for this couple to have any more kids as of now, so no runner ups sadly ;v;).

Ah, thank you! I'm really glad I won. I have to admit, I've had a really long week, so this was a nice surprise to come to in the end.

I absolutely love Rue and can't wait to continue using her, especially in the vaiki carnival event. I also loved the other forms out there, so I'm kind of honored I was able to win. Thank you a ton again!
