today i am travelling america, hoping to find some inspiration for my newest clothing line, americana! i plan to interview some people and hopefully learn a thing or two, lets get started! im in the capital of maine, at what seems to be a local café, the coffee is too sweet for my taste. i have decided to talk to people who look interesting and have nice clothes on, here are some of my notes [ drawing of 3 scribbly dresses ] they seem to favor short dresses with the sleeves cut off. interesting!

PERSONALITY
casserole is a very calm and easy-going kalon, but he gets offended very easily and protects himself well. others say
they like to be around him. cass'll try to make anything more enjoyable or fun, and he'll try hard to cheer other people
up when they're sad and angry. he's very joke-y; you can't spend a day with him without hearing one egg pun. he's that
kind of person who'll try to act like he doesn't care; but he's a total softy. though, if you tell him that, he'll get really
angry at you! all the tough people make fun at him for trying to be like him, and he'll go and cry in his apartment.

RELATIONS
rou williams
cass has only just met rou, but he likes her. they have pretty similar personalities, and that's good. rou is a pretty
good role model too, because she's older and she knows what to do in some meddling situations. cass and rou will
go shopping together, too. rou's good at picking outfits for cass. and the best part of their relationship; cass gets a
discount on his favourite earl grey tea, because rou works at the coffee shop!

riley williams
riley is rou's daughter. cass's relationship isn't the best with her, though. it's not really that cass doesn't like her, it's
just that she's constantly ranting about her sisters and rou. riley is a nice person and all, but cass doesn't really enjoy
being around her when she's on about her family.

ryan beck
cass has a pretty good relationship with ryan, they love to hang out and watch netflix, and eat pizza together. cass
really likes ryan's soup, too. casserole and rye bread have the same kind of personality, and they act the same. they
have a good bond, they don't ever get in fights.

camisado beck
cass doesn't like camisado. he's a bit too hyper and bubbly, he dislikes that. though cam can be laid back at times,
it's rare. cass finds came pretty annoying, he's always bugging cass. honestly, they just don't get along.

STORIES ABOUT HIS CATS

tabitha the shy one
tabitha was casserole's first cat, he got her when he was thirteen at the shelter. she's very shy, but she loves cass
very much. she cuddles with him every day. tabitha doesn't like new people, though. only cass. in fact, she doesn't
really even like any of cass's other cats.

cass was thirteen when he got tabitha. he had ran away from his home and he didn't know where he was going. until,
that was, he found the shelter. cass had always wanted a cat, and his family had never let him get one- but he could
now. all he had to do was fill out some forms and pay the city adoption fee, luxkily he had just enough pocket money
to pay for tabitha. it took him a long time to choose, but he ended up with what's now his favourite cat in the world.

after he had gotten her and all the food and supplies, he started working. he got payed well, enough to buy lots of
food for himself every week. he was living in an alley at the time, with only tabitha to keep him warm and safe at
night. that's why cassius loves tabitha so much.
----

max the silly one
max was cass's second cat. he had got him a little after tabitha, when he had gained enough spare money to buy
another cat. max is a very silly, funny and playful cat. he'll always cheer cass up, and he's always bothering tabitha.

cass was still living in the alley when he bought max. he had gotten another cat because he wanted two companions
of different personalities, and he just couldn't resist getting another of the little innocent fluffballs. max was the one
who fought for cass and who always was playing with the scraps of trash in the alley. cass's life had gotten so much
better with max and tabitha, he was happy. it wasn't the best life, but at least he had his cats. his wonderful cats.

jovie the mourned one
cass had rescued jovie not from the shelter, but from the streets. she was old and sick, and al cass wanted to do was
help her. by the time cass had found jovie, he was living in an apartment and his life had been going very well. cass
took jovie to the vet as soon as possible when he found her, and they tried to help her, but she was still sick when
cass brought her home that day. he had kept jovie for a while, she was very calm and quiet, hardly ever moving around
the house. one day, though, jovie had to be put to sleep. cassius had never been so sad- jovie was to be gone. he
couldn't believe this, he was just.. so upset. he cried and cried, but he got over it eventually. though jovie is gone,
she's in cassius's heart forever, purring for eternity.

"oh jovie, i'll love you forever... goodbye."

OCCUPATION
cass works at the post office! he loves his job, it's just right for him. he works at the cash and helps
people figure out how they're going to send their package, which is nice for him because he likes to
help out. most of the other people at his work are always tired, or they seem to not be enjoying their
work. cass has made friends with lots of the regular customers, and it always brightens his day when
one of them walk in with their packages to send away. it's nice for him to have friends he sees almost
every day, because he doesn't get to see his friends he's made outside of work that often. another nice
thing about working in the post office is that he can send his packages himself, which is great for him!

HISTORY
cassius has a very, very complex past, but lets start off with this; he was abandoned by his anonymous mother when he was
born, and the orphanage found him in the alley at about three weeks old. they took him in, and he lived there until he
turned eight years old, when two others adopted him. cass had never remembered his adoptive parents, but he knew that
they did not like him. he remembers them fighting, and getting mad at him. sometimes they would kick him out of the
house for a bit, but they let him back in. one day though, the fighting and madness between his parents and him had
gotten extremely bad, and cass ran. he ran away, living in an alley again. after that, he had always hated his adoptive
parents. he didn't remember who they were, but he hated them. the years when he lived in the alley hadn't been great,
but they were better than living with his "parents". cass lived in the alley until he was sixteen years old, and that
was the year he had raised enough money to buy a small apartment. he was very broke when he started off, but once he
got his job at the post office he'd gained lots of money. and now, cass is eighteen, and having a good life. no- a great one.
he loves his life.

Chronophobia -- what took my freedom
Regan has found herself in a mental race against the clock, yet while she's running her everlasting race, life continues on outside. She's often caught in the headlights of life, struggling to catch up and enjoy everything that she can, convinced that a failure to experience absolutely everything the world has to offer would mean a wasted life. This push to immerse herself in life has brought Re to explore regions and cultures of the world many wouldn't have had the motivation to visit and experience, but the anxiety her phobia brings unto her has nagged her through all of her journeys, flustering her and keeping her from truly seeing everything.

Personally
Although Re's phobia is unrelenting, sometimes she is able to quiet it for a time, and she has learned how to function normally even when it is "shouting" in her ears. However, she is still consistently high-strung, deeply upset by comments meant to be taken as jokes or when people don't fully believe or trust her intuition. Unfortunately for her she is wrong quite often and, too preoccupied with managing her mental illness, she fails to cope with the situation well or even at all. Depending on the day, she'll react with harsh words, screaming, or even tears, all always accompanied by shakes and cracks in her voice. Most everyone she interacts with recognizes that she is not in complete control of her actions, but they still embarrass her, and after her "events" she needs time to recover on her own.

When things are going her way and people are agreeing with her she comes off as a happy-go-lucky, optimistic and extroverted thrillseeker, and that is the "Re" most people would like to associate her with. In order to keep her happy and stable, her friends often have to resort to lying to her, which she actually appreciates as she does not want to be a burden so constantly and likes being able to put her anxieties aside to enjoy herself. She has even requested that some of her friends hide unsettling truths from her for what she sees as everyone's benefit, although some have been made uncomfortable by this and have drifted away from her, much to her regret and dismay.

Re finds happiness and peace when immersed in books, spending time with her friends, working, and relaxing on her own doing meditation, and despite what she thinks, she is most stressed on her vacations which she takes in an attempt to subdue her phobia.
