He loves strategically placing his hoard of decorations that he's accumulated over the years to make his yard look as spooky as possible. He usually spends a good chunk of money on even more decor each year, but he finds it worth it to see the look on kids' faces when they see his set-up and try to guess this years theme!

Favorite Halloween Tradition:
In Ireland there exists a tradition of lighting a bonfire on Halloween night and gathering your friends and family around it in an effort to ward off bad fortune for the coming year. Ru attended his first when he was all of three and he remembers the night surprisingly well, the acrid scent of smoke and the soft susurrus of conversation. He remembers how beautiful it was to see the flames light the trees up and throw shadows of their branches across the grey sky. Ever since then he's lit a bonfire annually and stood beside it all night.

Favorite Halloween Tradition: Salem and his friend cricket, have a rather... unusual tradition, Bone carving. Every year, up until the night of halloween the duo will go out and collect animal bones, and on the night of halloween, carve them into beautiful designs to boast on the rafters of the front porch. They often create costumes out of some of the bones they carve, opting to create necklaces, and other jewelry of such. They pair the bone jewelry with beads, skull masks also carved, and sometimes even go out to scare the others, show off their costumes, and have fun, through the night. 100/100

Favorite Halloween Tradition:
His favorite tradition is to go around and getting as much candy-corn as possible. At the end of the Halloween night he puts a banner on his house "Candycorn party!" Every decoration, food and drink is candy corn themed, just like him. As the part goes on he blends in with the candy and scares people.

To be honest my country is not a festive type. We don't celebrate Halloween that much. But I did went out trick or treating once. My cousin brought a friend and her little brother. On the last house the kid opened the door and a huge dog came out. My cousin hid as she does not like dogs at all really. As the eldest I talked to the guards and told them what happened. I guess that is a tradition for me is remembering the scene of my cousin being frightened at a dog and a kid barging in a house.
