red: Red symbolizes passion, power, and self.
forehead to nose: The separation of sight from each eye. In their right eye, they see equality. In their left eye, they see justice. The dotted line has an upside down "U" with a dot in its center, representing the "magnetic" focus between the two sides that attracts complete judgment and understanding to each other. The dotted line is more towards the western side of their face, meaning that they see more equality than true justice.
eyes: The dotted ring around Wahyu's eyes is meant to symbolize their optimism. It is similar to a sun.

left leg: These markings are indicative of their higher status. They are what you might consider close to royalty in their tribe.
