their name is Tigris. from the moment they were born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Tigris's parents knew they were as fierce as a tiger and took extreme pride in it. As she grew up in her hometown, Tigris was never really social. She preferred being alone and working alone and showed little to no interest in others, yet she was extremely determined in making herself proud.

xxx- quiet - polite - considerate - kind - proud

if one word could describe Tigris as a whole, it'd be sophisticated. she fills the criteria; she's polite to everyone, quiet unless spoken to, considerate of other's feelings before speaking, kind to strangers and rather proud of herself. she values herself highly, taking advantage of every opportunity she can. they know their reputation is essential when putting themselves out there in the real world, so Tigris makes sure their reputation is filled with positivity and that their flaws are secrets, and pays attention to the small details to be known as someone responsible and letting no mistakes come by. she is also unafraid to get things done, but in a creative way; she deals with things indirectly so that it's easier for her. for example, she won't directly ask for something from someone; she'll either contact them via letter or email, or send someone to get it for her. of course, she rewards them with candy.

sometimes, however, their pride can cloud their judgement. Tigris often makes rash decisions based how they feel, and it never ends up well. it makes people shy away from her. it doesn't help that she is stubborn, meaning she is stubborn in her decisions and is confident in her own beliefs, unwanting other people's advice unless asking for it. plus, Tigris can be extraordinarily passive aggressive to others in the most noticed or unnoticed ways. Sometimes, she's threatened people in such a way that they didn't even realize they were being threatened at. Tigris treats their passive aggressiveness like a tool to be used against others so that they can get what they want. Lastly, one of their biggest flaws is Tigris's dishonesty. it's harsh, and Tigris hides behind social masks. Lie after lie, it has become a tendency to hide behind them, avoiding consequences from others.

dream -
Tigris's biggest dream is to be able to play extraordinarily difficult songs on her keyboard; for example, to play U.N Owen flawlessly. And in a long term plan, they hope to eventually get hired in a band with likable people where they doesn't have to hide behind a social mask. In this band, Tigris hopes she can create good music that everyone enjoys, and gets to show off her years of training of playing the keyboard. they want to become a celebrity and meet other celebrities; however, they don't want to get all the fame of the celebrity. she knows with her appearance and her more background role in the band that she'd get noticed less, which is exactly what Tigris wants.

favorite smell
Tigris has a very sensitive nose. Her nose easily captures the smell of her exterior, which makes her react either goodly or badly. One of her favorite pass times, other than playing music, is making candles; she loves to create them handmade and make their smells like cinnamon apple or peach; fruity, warm smells make her feel calm and peaceful.

In short, Tigris doesn't like Amore very much. Amore pushes Tigris to "put herself out there" more. In other words, Amore tries pushing Tigris to be more social and speak louder more often. However, Tigris doesn't like it when anyone tells her what to do. despite that, they tolerate Amore's pushing because they are respectful. Tigris knows they have conflicting personalities, so she tries to accept Amore as much as she can because she knows it's not the other plumie's fault. they have a slightly unstable relationship.

Even with the age difference of 7 years, Arabella and Tigris get along rather well. Tigris tries to encourage Arabella in being more social in indirect, small and meaningful ways. She gently encourages her, making sure to not use Amore's technique with others. They both have much in common; Tigris loves art, and so does Arabella. sometimes, they both talk to each other for an hour or two at a time without realizing where time has passed because they were so engrossed into their conversation. Tigris enjoys the fact that they are not very close, but are friends.

the atmosphere was tense. she was shaking as she sat, waiting for her turn to get on stage. hearing every other contestant's songs only brought her down. of course they had to be one of the last; after all, competitions were organized by alphabetical order, and with Tigris's name being Tigris, there was no way they'd be one of the first to get on. stage fright was menacing her, and its only been a short while since she'd started playing the keyboard and obsessively practicing with it. her music teacher recommended this competition and Tigris had said yes only because it had seemed a good idea at the time, but now as she sat shaking in her chair, waiting, it seemed like a terrible one. however, deep in their heart, they knew this was a good opportunity to get a dose of what being on stage is like and what it is to perform like a celebrity.

"it's your turn," a man came in said as he gave her a microphone. he then put his hand on her shoulder as she stood up and slowly made her way to the stage to guide her. "good luck," he said before opening the door for her. once she was out the door, he shut it behind her and her anxiety tripled in size because of realization that now was the time and there was no going back. they had to hurry before panic would set in. almost fast walking to the middle of the stage, Tigris held their microphone tightly, took a deep breath and spoke loudly, trying their best not to stutter and keep their voice stable. there was about a hundred people all staring at her expectantly; she gulped, then began speaking in her fit of nervousness and mind going blank. "hello everyone! I hope you are all enjoying this competiton. T-today, I will be playing a song on my keyboard. It's the song of time from a very popular series called Legend of Zelda. It's a very beautiful melody and I hope you all l-like it." They mentally sighed at how terrible the introduction was, but still they sat down, took a deep breath to try and get their focus back and began playing.

the crowd was silent and attentive. Tigris remembered everything and did it flawlessly; note by note, the sound resonated across the room, the melody sweet and perfect to everyone's ears. It was perfect, and she had done the best she could. it was now up to the crowd. excited and happy with themselves, Tigris stood up from the small bench then put up the microphone to their mouth again. The crowd started clapping and cheering. "Thank you, thank you," Tigris chuckled modestly and awkwardly, not knowing how to react. "I hope you all enjoyed!" With a wide smile on their features, Tigris left the stage happily, their stage fright completely gone. this was a good idea, after all.

in the end, Tigris won gold in the contest. She received a medal and 100$, and always remembers fondly of this moment whenever she's about to get on stage again nowadays. At 19 years of age and even after performing on hundreds of stages, Tigris still gets a bit of stage fright before her performances. however, the memory of her first performance to the public ever always gives her strength and motivation, and it always will; even when she'll be that celebrity travelling the world to play music.
